I've pointed out some specific issues, and they have treated those. They explained what they were doing, and said to call them back if I noticed anything else that needed doing. My dog got sick and the vet said to ask if he'd gotten into rat poison, so I called and asked them about it. They called me back incredibly promptly and let me know that they had not used anything of that nature. I thought they handled it all very professionally. I'm really happy with the service that they've given me.

They come out once a quarter and do the work for me. I had rots problem before and what ever they do its working. They give me a call before hand in case they are not able to keep an appointment.

I used them 4 times and I did not hire them back because they are way too expensive. I paid $118 each time. I didn't see any dead bugs but I didn't see any live bugs before they came. I did not do a price comparison but I don't have that much property and they only did the garage so I felt the price was a little high. They responded right away. They were very punctual and professional. They came when they said. I am doing my own spraying now.
