We sought several quotes for the exterior painting of our home including our metal roof. Juan provided a clear and reasonable proposal. He was in great communication before and during the job. SHORT VERSION: I cannot recommend them highly enough! Excellent work, very reasonable pricing, and a joy to work with. LONG VERSION: Our new house had each room painted a different, dark, crazy color, and I was sure getting the house painted would be costly, time-consuming, and require tons of coats. I was straight-up afraid of this project. - Juan responded to my inquiry immediately, and scheduled a quote at my convenience. - He was on time for all our appointments, and treated our home with respect. - Every space was painstakingly taped, tarped, and drop-clothed. - Each wall was expertly repaired and prepped before paint was applied. - When Juan realized the paint didn’t stick to the silicone caulking in our kitchen, he *re-caulked our entire counter* and re-applied the paint so the finish would be perfect—I didn’t even realize he was doing it, that was his own initiative! - The work crew was equally diligent and respectful, and the guys even removed their boots before coming in the house every day. - They cleaned up after themselves as they progressed, so we could gain access to our spaces as soon as possible. These guys painted every room, hallway, and ceiling of a 2,800 sq ft house, *flawlessly,* in less than one week, without disturbing me while I worked from home OR letting my cat escape the house! If you have a painting project, call Juan, you won’t regret it.

Juan and his team were great and made everything easy. We had almost given up on finding a company to power wash and paint. Two other companies we contacted took a while to send quotes and were unresponsive when we wanted to make adjustments. Another company charged more than 3 times what we expected the project to be based on other quotes. When we found and contacted Juan J Painting, Juan came out the same day to do an estimate and sent a quote that same day as well. His price was fair and he was able to fit us in and get the work completed the following week, even with a change due to bad weather. We didn't know what colors were used previously and Juan matched them for us without any problem. Juan and his team showed up when he said they would, and they were all very nice. He quoted 2-3 days to complete the work and finished it in 2 days. I feel like it's rare to find a company that is responsive and fairly priced that does good work within the schedule they set. Juan did all of that. We are very happy with the work completed and will definitely be contacting Juan again for our next project!

Juan and his team did an exceptional job helping us renovate. We hired them to paint various large and small spaces in our home, and each was handled with meticulous care.
