They basically didn’t show up twice.  I contacted them on a Friday afternoon, he was supposed to come at 10:30 on a Sunday, he called at 9:30 to say he was having car issues, and he rescheduled for the afternoon between 4:30 and 5:00.  I asked him to please tell me if anything changed so I didn’t waste all day waiting for him, but he didn’t bother calling and he never showed up.  I never heard back from him and he never called to follow up.  I don’t think he is up to the Angie’s List way of doing things.
