Furniture - Sales
Bad bad customer service, I ordered a sofa and claimed that its out of shape and doesnt look right. spent $2100 on one sofa and they are not willing to do anything about it. i am stuck with it for life. not even willing to exchange refund is out of question. on top they said if you want to complaint go ahead we cant stop you. Never going there again. no ethics of dealing with a customer!!!
