Updated: Company never returned my calls and emails. I still have not found anything damaged or missing. I still don’t know why they left kinda fast. I can’t recommend them because this whole experience has been very disconcerting. I also notice that other than my review there are no recent reviews.

After I gave a call to accept their services I asked that they come at a certain time. The cleaning crew was 30mim early and I just happened to get home early, they had all their equipment out and were waiting for me. I thought, it was a good thing I happened to get there when I did. When I told them they were early they all looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain a couple of things to them, only one seemed to understand. They were very nice, work for 1 1/2 hours, they did an excellent job. I was busy for the next week and didn't have a chance to get in touch and give them feed back. I finally called, got no answer so I left a message, no one called me back. I sent an email, no response so I called again and left another voice mail, again, no one called back. I sent another email and I am still waiting. In my last email I said if I did not hear from them then I consider I am no longer a client. This is all so very strange that a company ho had a very conscientious employee come to my house for an interview, answered my first call to set up the first appt. is not answering a customer's calls or email. If I find out what is going on I will write another review for update. Basically I can say their work is very good but communication is non existent. I am going to say I would not use them again just because it is very disconcerting that they showed up outside of the requested time and will not contact me for some very strange reason. I am concerned that maybe there could be damage to something I don't know about and that's why they are not returning my communications.

They were very reasonably priced.  I originally used this company through a Groupon for $80 for 6 hours.  They do a very good job and showed up on time.  They did a thorough job and I was very impressed.  I will probably continue using this company for regular cleaning.

The quality of the work this crew did was exceptional. They were not in a hurry, and really took the time to do a quality job. Tony drove them to my house, and another crew leader picked them up. There was an initial mix-up in scheduling my initial cleaning, which Tony apologized for and insisted on rescheduling me for Thanksgiving morning. Wow... okay?! I'm so glad I stuck with it and rescheduled instead of writing them off! More than a basic in-and-out cleaning, for a reasonable price. All the basics, plus baseboards, windows, vacuuming the couch cushions, really trying to find dirty things that needed attention. I give this company an A+++! I think that next time, they will be better about punctuality since it seemed to be an off day on my originally scheduled appointment. If I had taken the day off just to be there, it would've been a bigger problem for me.
