They were horrible. My wife and I returned from military deployments to Afghanistan and we bought a house. GTB came in and gave us an estimate to upgrade our kitchen and a bathroom. We signed their proposal because they sounded professional and like they would do work. After they started their work and demolished our kitchen they fired their proposal manager and the gentleman we signed our agreement with. They sent another proposal manager over who jacked the price through the roof. He told us we could go with them or they'd leave and leave the kitchen in the demolished state it was in, after we paid for that work. We also found out GTB went to the company we found for our granite countertops and asked them to jack the price they quoted us and split it with GTB. The countertop company was too professional for that and then relayed to my wife and i what happened. Had we been in our house longer and established we would have taken him to court. As it is, we would never use their services again. To say they are the worst and least professional company we ever worked with would be an understatement.
