Isaac and his team did an amazing job renovating our detached garage into a 2 bedroom guest house. They helped us navigate a complex permitting process and were extremely patient in answering our questions and making adjustments on the fly. We are thrilled with the final outcome and recommend them highly.

Isaac is a great project manager. After some initial hiccups partly due to FFX County Approval delays it was managed very efficiently. Isaac kept use posted and was responsive. Quality of construction is good.

Scott was able to provide the best quote out of 4 due to new suppliers. The crews on site were friendly and always available to answer my questions. Issac was on top of things and in constant communication with me. The quality of work was outstanding.

Isaac was very nice to work with. Juan was a terrific person.

They installed a new bathroom to include tile, sink, and toilet, in June of this year. The toilet is broke, I have to have a plumber come to repair it, because I do not trust these guys. I bought paint and primer, and I caught one of the guys putting on paint without primer on first. When confronted, he said "I did not see it." They upped the pricing on me midway through the project. The last thing they installed was the toilet, which I told them was priority to be installed. I wanted marble floor tiling, they said they would pick up my floor tiling, 2 of the tiles do not match the other tiles. They wanted me out of the house while they were working, so I did not get to see most of this "work" being done. They did mediocre work. Isaac can speak English, he laughed at me because I wanted my toilet bowl hanger to go inside the wall a bit, and they installed it crooked. He even laughed about the tile. None of the workers who I conversed with spoke English. When I confronted one of the workers about the work, he said, "could you just let me do my job?! I'm going to leave." This has been a horror story. I will have to hire 3 other companies to fix what they did.

He is done a lot of work at our home, he is one of the best contractors I have ever used. He has remodeled several rooms in my home. I have the utmost respect and confidence in him and find him very trustworthy. The value that he adds to each job is unmatched. I like to learn, he is very thorough and has given my priceless information. He is also one of the most integral contractors I have ever worked with. He manages the entire project and his subcontractors from start to finish and ensures that their work is up to his standards. I like the fact that I can present an idea that might be unconventional and he is able to collaborate with me on a project.
