We hired this contractor to replace the hardwood flooring and install stone fllooring in the foyer and the kitchen floor in our home. After the installation was completed we noticed large cracks in various areas in the kitchen and foyer floors. We investigated the issue and brough in several experts to get their opinion as to the cause of the cracks. It appeared that the contractor had missed a step in preparing the floors before the installtion of the stone. The contractor admited that he had missed a step but he refused to refund us any money. I have contacted him via email and registered mail that he needs to compensate us for the damages but he is not beign responsive.
