They did the best job and I am so happy with their service.

We were ready to go with another company and in the course of quoting for floors they gave us a very aggressive price on doing the granite work. The crew that did the installation showed up late, after I had to go to work, and had very little English. When I got home I found that they had installed one piece of granite on a cabinet that needed to be leveled and were in the process of shimming the counter and filling the gap with caulk. It would have been a matter of five minutes work to level the cabinet and do the job right if they had the ability to communicate. Likewise with the plumbing. I supplied a faucet that had an optional trim piece. The plumber that they used did not speak English, so instead of asking how we would like it installed he made the decision. There was no follow up to see if I was satisfied with the job. In fairness I must say that the end product looks fabulous and with better communication I would have probably been able to rate them much higher.

The overhang of my new Silestone countertops varies from 1.25 to 2.25 inches. It's supposed to be a uniform 1.5 inches everywhere. I regret going for the lowest price I could find because the workmanship (the way the material was cut) turned out to be somewhat sloppy. Even sections that should be a perfect rectangle have slanted (uneven) edges. Silestone is too expensive to make mistakes with. Other than all of my edges being of varying lengths, the installation is good.
