We hired Marlon based on many positive references and personally seeing his previous work. However, this contractor was a disaster from start to finish! Lied about being licensed and insured(neither is true, even though he has it painted on his van and is on his business card). Made many errors(for example, crooked shadowboxes)and was defensive when we asked him to fix. Was late often and thought it acceptable to drop off his workers and leave them unattended for half a day at a time(they were never supposed to be unsupervised). Used 2 1/2 inch nails with a nail gun for all work...to include shadow boxes. Only finishing nails are supposed to be used for shadow boxes...this is carpentry 101. This resulted in him piercing our high pressure AC line and TWO of our water lines inside our walls, causing extensive damage to our home. He is taking no responsibility for this and now will not return any calls and even moved. This matter will have to go to court.
