He is my normal person. I use him twice a year and for whatever other work that needs to be done. He does my services and he does my regular oil changes. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Great. Very reasonably priced and thoughtful friendly employees.

They have done a good job. I have 6 cars so they do kind of a rotating service when I need it. They are right next door from my office so I can walk there. It is convenient and I can talk immediately to the owner. I can explain my situations and get the service done.

Noticed my SUV was having screeching noise near the front tires while driving in the morning, and decided to try out Fallon Automotive in the afternoon after reading great online reviews.  I did not have an appointment before visiting but Mike, the owner of Fallon Automotive, still gave me a prompt diagnoses and reasonable price to replace 2 front brakes and pads.  With the great customer service, honest feedback, and no up-sells, I will definitely recommend this business and visit for all my future car maintenance!

Came here after getting my car inspected at another shop because the initial estimate seemed outrageous. I also am somewhat knowledgeable about cars (and mechanical systems in general being a mechanical engineer) and had been somewhat dubious about their appraisal of the necessary repairs. I went to Fallon for a second opinion and they not only had fairer prices but also did not try to convince me of the need for extra repairs. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and they were also open to fair negotiation (got a free tire rotation and they gave me a discount on my alignment adjustment). 
Pros:

- Don't up-charge labor if providing your own replacement parts

- Gave accurate estimate of service cost and time
Cons:
- Not the most professional or well kept establishment (about average)
- Didn't call back after initial inspection to discuss services and price or once repairs were finished (I had to call back myself for status updates)
- Didn't offer any "new customer" or "returning customer" discounts/services

Left vehicle in morning. They gave ride back home. Again they gave ride in evening to pick up the car. Quite pleasant experience. No issues in dealing with them.

I am very satisfied. The check was thorough enough that I made a decision not to make the purchase. I was also impressed by the number of customers that were coming in and out of the shop. All appeared satisfied and the customer service was some of the best I've seen in Northern Virgina.

Since Fallon is only open on days when I work, the gentleman (I don't remember his name) gave me a ride to my job site in his own car to allow me not to have to use leave or wait for several hours while the work was performed.  He was done when promised and the cost matched the initial estimate given.  I would definitely recommend this business.

I had two of my vehicles serviced and both ended up in another shop afterwards due to overfilling of the steering fluid on one vehicle and overfilling of the engine oil on another.  If it happened once, ok, but twice, not ok.

The folks at Fallon were quick, thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced.  Would definitely use their services again!

I used coupons to get oil change and inspection done and no any cleaning/soap charges. Took appt. and went for service. No wait and immediately took my car for service. Free internet while waiting and for me that's a great deal. Fantastic service. I would like to try for a major service as well.

They are one of the most prolific coupon-ers around, it's pretty easy to get a good deal for basic services. I've had better luck with leaving my car than waiting, but as long as you have somebody to drop you off, it's a good buy for the money.

Mike and his crew are a great bunch of guys. They will only do what work needs to be done. I use to own a Toyota pick-up truck that I very seldom drove. My hubby always took it in for a tune-up and oil change. All Mike would do was the oil change when needed, since I only put about 200 miles on it a year. He did the tune-ups about once every other year. He does a good job the first time around and stands behind his work and the work of his men. We have been using Fallon Auto for about 15 years now and have referred several friends to him. They have referred others.
