The driver Mo was the best. So polite, thoughtful and fun. Always right there when we were coming out of our room wine tasting. We will definitely use them for our daughters wedding. This company is perfect.

I completed the online request form to get pricing for 5 hours for a stretch limo. I wanted to use a local company as that is something our family tries to do. I received no updates by e-mail or phone after waiting several days. I called the office several days later and got a voice mail recording. I still have not heard back to get a price quote. I finally gave up. I contacted a competitor who is highly rated from Angie's List. They sent me quote within 30 minutes of the online request and called to see if I had any questions on the quote. They lowered the price to meet my requirements and we have booked them.

The staff at Fairfax Limo are golden!!!  I made my reservation on line and heard back promptly from Kari who was as pleasant a person as you would ever want to work with -- the best.  We required a large van to transport immediate family members on the day of a family funeral. Pick up was at a Herndon hotel and then to the church service at Arlington National Cemetery, on to the graveside service and then back to the hotel.  I threw Kari a curve ball when I called several days later  to ask if the driver could drop our cousin off at Union Station on the way back to Herndon.  Not a problem and no change in fees as we were paying an hourly (extremely reasonable!) rate.  Honestly, we had a few other changes over time and Kari was wonderful about helping out and she would have an amended contract to me in no time as all.

Mo, our driver arrived right on time.  The Mercedes shuttle bus was pristine.  Although a 14 passenger van, it was one of the most luxurious and comfortable hired rides ever.  Mo was terrific with navigating Washington morning rush hour traffic and knew precisely where he was headed.  He was exactly where he needed to be every step of the way and actually was amazing at anticipating where we needed to be and what we needed to be doing because we were not thinking straight for the most part.  Those particular traits made sense when our funeral director told us Mo was one of the finest drivers he knew in regards to his work at Arlington National.

We were leaving the cemetery when the cousin who originally was to be dropped off at Union Station learned she needed to head to her D.C. office in the Senate Office Building before leaving town.  Mo accepted the change in plans with a smile and proceeded to show us just what a terrific driver he is -- he headed into the City without a moment's hesitation, navigating a myriad of one way streets.  The final hurdle was the Capitol police turning the van around because the windows were darkly tinted.  No problem for Mo -- again he knew exactly what to do and where to go.  Our cousin was dropped off right where she needed to be with time to spare!

Returning to the hotel, Mo made a point of kindly offering his sympathy to each family member as they exited the van.

Our family cannot begin to thank Kari and Mo for making a difficult day for us just a bit easier.

After a bad experience with another car service company, I contacted Fairfax Limo. They were responsive with a quote, which matched my expectations based on what was listed on their website. Booking was easy, and I received a confirmation call the night before. KJ, our driver, was right on time and very friendly. He was flexible with changes in our itinerary. Great day!

Fairfax Limo's service was good from the initial reservation call. They provided excellent communication prior to the date of service as well as on the date of pick up. Their drivers were were very prompt, polite, and they also provided bottles of water for everyone.

Winery tour (our choice of wineries). Driver was great, he had a sense
of humor and very professional. It snowed the night before so we were
worried they may cancel but they did not. The driver would let us out as
close as possible to the winery door to prevent us from walking in
snow. It was a great experience from start to finish. WE had a friend visiting from FL and wanted to show here a good time, I feel we did and it was all done safely.

We booked on-line and the price quoted was exactly what we paid. The driver, Mo, was awesome -- delightful man. Beautiful limo. Arrived a few minutes early and accommodated our intinerary, no problem. Would definitely use this company again.

I had coordinated a wine tour for 8 of us. I had never done that before and was a bit nervous about the logistics, etc. However, the staff at Fairfax Limo were extremely helpful, professional, courteous and accommodating. On the day of the tour, the limo ended up with a flat tire after picking up the first couple. However, the driver Sar (with our friend's "help") changed the tire quickly and we were on time for our first tasting appointment (even after making a pit stop). The driver was as courteous and accommodating as the company staff and I was truly impressed. I would definitely recommend this company and will use Fairfax Limo if we ever need limo service in the future.

The driver, Sahr, was professional. He was on time and even brought a red carpet and rolled it out leading to the limo. Before they left he went over the route and talked with all of the kids. He provided them with his cell phone number and gave it to me too in case we needed to get a hold of him with a question. They stocked the mini fridge with sodas and the limo was clean. The kids were thrilled and treated like royalty and had a wonderful ride. The kids told me he was a good driver and everyone was happy. I would hire Fairfax Limo again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making Prom Night a happy stress free memory for the kids and parents.

Excellent service from pick-up to drop-off even though it was early on a Sunday morning (9:45 am). The driver actually came about 10 minutes early and waited while we gathered last minute items. He was very pleasant and delivered us to Union Station in just under 1 hour. He had small bottles of water in the back for us which was a nice touch. The ride was smooth and the car very clean. A much better option than just calling a cab -- and defintely worth the money. No stress, no headaches and a great way to start a vacation! Thanks!

My husband had to get up to Baltimore for a doctor's appointment, but was unable to drive himself, so he called Fairfax Limo. The gentleman who took the call was very professional and helpful. An appointment was made for monday morning at 9:15. At 8:45, to our surprise, a sedan car pulled up in front of our house. However, the driver did not ring our bell. He waited until my husband was ready to go and then assisted him into the car. I was not with my husband, but when he returned from his appointment, my husband reported that the driver,Mo, was excellent, very courteous and friendly. At the end of my husband's appointment, he called Mo on Mo's cell and by the time my husband walked out of the doctor's building, Mo was there waiting for him. The trip home was equally pleasant, which is impressive given that it is a 1 1/2 hour trip in each direction and there was a fair amount of traffic on the way up. We would highly recommend Fairfax Limo and will use them again should the need arise.

Making the reservation and the actual delivery of the service was great. Easy, everything was explained up front, there were no surprises or extra charges. A great service for the money spent. I will definitely both recommend to others as well as use their service again if needed.
