It went well! They were very quick about getting my oil change done. They also offer a ladies day discount!

I've been coming here for the last 5+ years to get safety and emissions testing for all our cars. Never had an issue with the service (even though my cars don't always pass inspection on the first go). I find them to be honest, quick. Also, there's usually coupons in one of the coupon mailer packets or on the station's website.

Dropped off vehicle with Hal, a wonderful gentleman, and it was ready when promised with no up-sell's or additions. Work was done well, price was fair, and work professional. This is really a nice place to take a vehicle. Hard to find honest, competent, friendly, professional car repair shops today. This is one....

The job included front rotor and pads. The work was perfomed in a timely manner and has been of good quality.

I had brought my truck to 2 other places who could not figure out why it had hestiation/slipping type feeling when I started from a stop. These guys brought it out, put it on the rack and had it figured out in no time. It was the univerisal joint within the rear differantial needed replacing and of course a flush and fill of the differitial itself to be sure there was no other damage, metal grinding, etc. I got this doen along with all my other services for a very reasonable price. They kept me updated on the progress and provided me great feedback. These guys are the BEST!

They have a shuttle to take you to and from work or home. Convienent! The service is good and the people are friendly.

These folks were great! I had an old car that I was trying to decide on whether to fix or donate. They spent an hour with me offering options of things that I should consider repairing - and only charged for the things that I needed right then.
The only issue with car inspections at this location is that you need to be careful with watching where the line starts, as people from the hotel across the street often park along the curb where cars line up for inspections.

Outstanding service. It took me more than 2 years to find a garage that I trust and I found that in Dulles Shell. Hal, Gary and the crew are outstanding. They have always been able to find the problem and fix in within a day. They don't fix what doesn't need fixing and they offer suggestions of things to replace/fix while they are working on one problem so you don't have to pay labor at a later time to replace/fix something. I trust and respect this garage and would highly recommend it.

Hal and his staff are very friendly and efficient. They always give me a ride to and from my office (about 3 miles from their shop) so that I can have my car worked on during the day. I know very little about cars, but I feel like they are very honest in the work they do and the price they quote you. They have coupons on their website, and when I forgot to bring one in one time, Hal reminded me about it and gave me the discount anyways. Just this morning I brought my car in for a "check engine light". They identified the problem and referred me to a local specialist to fix the issue. Despite spending time on my car and shuttling me to and from my office, they didn't charge me a penny. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, and will never use another garage again!

Their quality of service is good. We have always been pleased with the work and the pricing seems reasonable.
