Dulles Express Jewelry & Watch Service Center

Went to the mall on my lunch break to get a bracelet re-clasped and my wedding set soldered together. This business is at a kiosk and they are friendly, knowledgable and had my ring and bracelet done in less than two hours! Quality work, and they cleaned them so they look brand new again. Would trust this vendor with repair work on my jewelry. Loved the convenience of the service!

Professional and quick work, but a little high priced.

It is not an actual store. It is one of such place where they place on the walk side. It's like a kiosk. They have several watches and new batteries. No matter how the watch is, a costly one or a less expensive one, they repair it within half an hour. The pricing is okay. The Movado, since it was the more expensive watch it costs $25 for a new battery. They are good. I dropped the watch and went walking around the mall, they got the battery replaced.

Great. I was referred to this kiosk in Dulles Town Center from an employee at Nordstrom. A man behind me said he had used the service before and was happy with it (he too had a Tag Heuer, which is a diving watch requiring pressurized sealing of the battery). The man working there said he could replace both batteries immediately and that they would be ready in 30 minutes. I returned and picked up both watches which were both working well (one was a Tag and the other was a watch that hadn't been used in years). I was very pleased to find this service because in the past you are required to take the Tag Heuer to a stire that sells them and the watch is mailed off for battery repair and you often wait weeks for the watch to return. If I recall, that also cost more than the $30 we were charged for the Tag battery replacement. Very happy so far. Haven't tried to dunk the Tag yet, so time will tell!
