My experience was not good at all. I purchased a Groupon deal with Dulles Automotive Service Center for brake work. Then I tried to redeem it. Good luck! Called multiple times for two days and never got anyone to answer. No ability to leave a message either. Phone just rang and rang. Keep in mind that my brakes were failing on my primary work vehicle, and I needed help! I thought I might have been given the wrong number, so I looked them up on the Web. It was correct - but I also found out these guys have a litany of complaints for bad service, and an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Should have checked Angie's List before buying the Groupon! I ended up canceling the Groupon and getting my money back. I found an A Rated brake specialist on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. Don't waste your time like I did with this business.

My car battery wasn't working back in October. I had them come get my car and tow it to their facility while I was in meetings that I couldn't leave. They gave me a call and told me I needed the battery terminals changed, battery and alternator and charged me almost $1000!!! I don't know much about cars so I wasn't alarmed until a friend went with me to pick it up.  Not only did they over charge me, they didn't break down the cost at all on the bill. I asked them and all they did was give me the run around. They kept passing the buck saying the manager had to do everything and that she wasn't available.  They put a VERY cheap battery in my car. It's not even 2 months later and the battery light on my car is constantly on and it's running down again!!!  I have to take my car in again to get it fixed. Also, when I took my car in to them, the radio worked fine and once I got it back, it didn't work at all. The guy I spoke with was Tony.  He was rude, arrogant and not one bit helpful at all.

Went in to get new Brake Pads and they said I needed Rotors, so got those. Then they said I needed a brake flush, so I go that done also. I new I needed a oil change, so had them do that. This was on a Wednesday. Went less than 5 days and my check engine light came on. Took it to another place to have diagnostics ran and it came back that the oil pressure switch had went out and the new mechanic stated that the oil was extremely black and I needed a oil change ASAP. I proceeded to inform him that I had a oil change done a week ago and he stated "I don't know but there is no way new oil is in there". Contacted Dulles Automotive Center to inform them and the guy basically blows me off and tells me to call his boss the next day. I tell him to have his boss call me or we can handle it in court. He says, "well take us to court then"! I again tell him to have is boss contact me and he states, "I am not going to argue with you", and hangs up the phone on me. At no time did he request my name or information. Simply did not care. I go in to speak with his boss the next day and he again gets an attitude and refuses to go to the back and let her know I was there. Shortly after she comes out and has her infant child with her. We are talking about the situation and she pretty claims that the oil change was done correctly and it has nothing to do with them. She also tells me that she is not going to do anything and basically doesn't care. She says they have video of the mechanic doing the oil change and I request to see it, at which time she tells me no and the reason being is that she would rather me go through all the trouble of the court and then prove it. Complete disregard for their customers and no acknowledgment that the mechanic could have made a mistake, because there is no way new oil is going to be that black in a few days. So, after that I left because I knew I would not get anywhere with them. I could see the customer service all the way around was horrible and now I understood why the first guy didn't care and it was because his boss didn't care. What company treats customers that way when you have spent 500+ dollars with them. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE ANYONE WHO READS THIS, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

After going in with a groupon for a brake pad replacement, I was told that I needed calipers, rotors, and pads on the rear axle only and it would cost around $970. I told them never mind and they charged me $55 for a brake inspection. I took my car to a mechanic that I knew the next day and he said there was nothing wrong with the calipers and replaced my rotors and pads for $300. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The service was quality as was the work that I had performed. The staff was courteous and made sure to explain everything to in depth. Very friendly and work was performed in a timely manner while I waited and I even received a follow up card in the mail a few weeks later thanking me for my business.
