The salesman was polite and professional in the initial call. He explained the details of the contract satisfactorily, promptly sent a shingle sample directly to my HOA and recommended an electrical contractor to hook up the roof fan. (I hired that contractor and was happy with it.) After I signed the contract, DryHome sent a letter explaining the installation schedule and what I needed to do to prepare, such as removing pictures from walls because the removal of the old roof would be somewhat disruptive. A five-man crew showed up on the promised date and on time, and completed the installation in two days. They kept the property clean, with one crew member designated to pick up shingles and paper as they went along. DryHome conducted a quality inspection a week after the installation and sent me a survey to be sure I was satisfied. The new roof looks great. I would happily hire DryHome again and recommend it to friends.
