I had used Dry Home Roofing to replace my roof several years ago and to repair a skylight. I found them to be reasonably priced, honest and easy to work with. When I was told I needed new gutters, I contacted them and two other companies. They were more reasonably priced for both the gutters and the new ridge vent and kept me informed of installation dates as we contended with several winter storms. The gutters and ridge vent installation went well and I am happy with the service provided.

Great. Dryhome came out and took a look and fixed both issues (fingers crossed) without charging for the visit. They adjusted the gutter so it sloped more to fix the gutter. In looking at the roof, they identified a spot where the siding was shifted by a few inches, potentially letting water in, and slid it back into place. I'm very pleased we had them come out and looking forward to having them work on any relevant projects in the future.

All contractors should follow the services provided by the DryHome Roofing and Siding. They are punctual and professional dealing with the customer. I dealt with Victor first when he came to my home and gave me an estimate. Then Emily in their office to deliver the sign contract since I was close by. Lastly, Wilbert and Victor to install our new Velux Skylights. The entire process, removing the old dome skylights, install the new Velux Skylights, and to install the automatic blinds took about 3 to 4 hours only. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Good job.

Perfectly. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and at the cost they said they would do it. Their work was impeccable and their cleanup thorough. I heartily recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience! Jim Miller was the estimator. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process including the roof repair, the roof replacement, and the removal of an attic fan. He arrived on time and the quote was fair and very reasonable. Installation team arrived on time. They did an excellent job of cleaning the surrounding area of any debris from the room installation. If I weren’t home, I wouldn’t have known that they were on-site. Also, they provide photos of the finished project. The office staff was very responsive to any questions and returned calls promptly. Everyone in the company was polite, friendly, informative, and responsive. Simply, great company to work with! A little side note: Also, two other townhomes had their roofs replaced around the time that I did. Prior to contacting the company, I conducted a reference check in a variety of sources such as Angie’s List, Better Business Bureau, Checkbook, etc. and their customer ratings were excellent. Also, they received the Roofing Contractor of the Year Award in 2014. I will have gutters installed in the spring with DryHome Roofing.

I have had DryHome do work twice and would again. They took on my small, focused jobs without trying to upsell me on anything more than I needed to fix the issues, which I appreciated. They gave me reasonable quotes and good service. Problems fixed!

The salesman was polite and professional in the initial call. He explained the details of the contract satisfactorily, promptly sent a shingle sample directly to my HOA and recommended an electrical contractor to hook up the roof fan. (I hired that contractor and was happy with it.) After I signed the contract, DryHome sent a letter explaining the installation schedule and what I needed to do to prepare, such as removing pictures from walls because the removal of the old roof would be somewhat disruptive. A five-man crew showed up on the promised date and on time,  and completed the installation in two days. They kept the property clean, with one crew member designated to pick up shingles and paper as they went along. DryHome conducted a quality inspection a week after the installation and sent me a survey to be sure I was satisfied. The new roof looks great. I would happily hire DryHome again and recommend it to friends.

Overall I was very satisfied with the job done by Dry Home Roofing. Nate, the representative that came out to look at the roof and provide the estimate was very thorough in his assessment of the work that needed to be done. He inspected the attic, taking pictures. He went on the roof and examined shingles, chimney caulking, and vent collars. He explained everything very well, saying that the plywood was very old and should be replaced and also that the insulation was starting to cover our soffets so baffles needed to be installed. Again, he had pictures of everything. He also explained very well the options we had for materials. He also pointed out that the ridge vent and attic fan we had were actually negating each other and that we should choose one or the other. The only thing I didn't like was the slight pushiness to sign a contract immediately, saying he would throw in higher grade covering under the shingles for no extra cost if we signed then. I don't think that a contract for such a large purchase as a new roof should be signed immediately. On the day the work was done, I got an email from the vice president of the company saying that the crew was completing another job in the morning and that they would be late arriving for our job. He said that they would arrive between 10 and 11 AM. At 11:15 I had to call their office to find out where the crew was and found out that they were not going to arrive for another hour. I think that I should not have had to call to find out where the crew was; Dry Home should have given a better estimate of arrival time and should have called me to let me know the crew was going to be later than expected. The result of the late start was that the job did not get completed in one day. The foreman of the crew, Beny, came by before the crew arrived and asked if I had any questions. He then said that he would be at another job while the crew was working on my house. I think that there should have been a foreman present for at least a majority of the job, especially since the crew spoke very little English. I kind of got the feeling that my job was not a super expensive job so it did not warrant having much supervision. While they were working I looked at the itemized list of work and noticed that there was a line item for installing shingles on top of the ridge vent, but there was not a specific statement about removing our attic fan, something we had told Nate we wanted done. I called Beny and he told me that it specifically said on his work order not to remove the fan. I don't know where the miscommunication occurred, but I appreciate that Beny called the crew immediately and told them to remove the fan. The quality of the work is very good and they left the property VERY clean. I couldn't find any nails on the ground and found only a few pieces of tar paper in the bushes. Overall I was very satisfied with Dry Home and would use them again. I just wish that they were a little better with communication and punctuality. And also that they had a foreman or a fluent English speaker on site for at least most of the job.

Original estimate was October 2016 but we could not commit until 1/2 year later and Dry-Home stayed with the original estimate. The quote has at least 20% less than other quotes, yet the guarantee was longer than the others (15 years vs. 10). work was performed as promised and on time. Great experience! I will recommend DryHome to anyone needing roofing work.

Beautiful! Chang (foreman) and his team were simply the best! On time, pleasant, hard working, meticulous! Cleaned up site every night. Have had numerous comments from neighbors about how good the house looks. One neighbor has already signed up with Dryhome for same work.

To the head manager at Dry Home Roofing, I wanted to take few minutes before the days pass after the installation of our new skylights to try and describe the very professional and excellent job Victor and his team of (consisting of two additional men did). My wife continues to comment about how he takes his job seriously and has a tremendous amount of pride in his work. There was no detail that wasn't addressed. From the removal of the old 'plastic bubble' type skylight, through to the preparation of the new 4 individual Velux skylights, including replacement of deteriorated roofing plywood, and the installation and trimming out the newly fitted window units. Attention to detail was given throughout the process. Victor is a true "craftsman" in his trade in an almost artful way, so I can only hope he's compensated and/or recognized appropriately. I would have no issues providing a personal recommendation for his services to friends, family and work colleagues, something that I am typically somewhat reserved about. Your very fortunate to have Victor on your team and we wish him all the best, with our thanks and gratitude.

I have used DryHome for several properties, including my own, for new roofs, windows, and gutters over the last 27 years. They use good quality windows and roofing materials, so I know the investment will last. They were (as always) very professional, punctual, and they cleaned-up nicely before they left. I, the owner, and the tenant are all very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Everything from scheduling time for inspection for estimate to contracting for actual work to be done was easy. Tech who came to do estimate was professional & nice. Explained everything & went above the "call of duty". While on roof doing estimate inspection he tacked down the loose ridge cap to keep from blowing away until repair work got done & cleaned out clogged gutter down spout. Company didn't require payment until job was complete since it was a "small job".
