Technician Jorge came out to troubleshoot our HVAC system that was knocked out due to a lightning strike that actually came through our roof then hit and traversed throughout our electrical system. It fried the air handler system in the attic and condenser unit outside as there were burn marks on the control panels of both units where they got zapped. Jorge diagnosed the problem and replaced the control panels in both units along with some other parts which saved us from having to purchase a whole new system. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. When he was done everything worked fine just like it did before the lightning strike. Highly recommend them!

They were fantastic, beginning to end. They sent someone out within 24 hours of our HVAC breaking. Jorge was great - came on a Saturday, was very professional, pleasant, thorough, explained things clearly and patiently and answered all of our questions. Javier came with the installation team just two days later (on a holiday!), and he and the other guys were also pleasant and professional. What we were most impressed with was the quality of their work - they did not cut corners, but actually helped us to improve the location and base for our new HVAC, and all of their work looks great. They also laid down drop cloths everywhere they were working, and when they were finished and had left, the floors were spotless. We are beyond pleased with Donmar's service and will definitely stay with them. :)

They were great and actually saved me money by making me aware of special program available from the manufacturer. Another provider incorrectly advised me that we wouldn't qualify for the discount.

My cooling system stopped working. I called the other contractor I was working with and they were much too expensive. I tried Donmar and they were quite a bit cheaper and I thought the quality was very high. So far, it's doing fine. They were terrific up and and down. I had a problem. It was 100 in my house and they were very attentive. I am using them. I have a service contract.

July/August 2015 my air conditioner died. I called multiple companies and Donmar was the only company that could respond quickly. Similar situation when the hot water heater had issues (April 2017). On each occasion i worked with the same repair representative - he was on time, friendly, and tidy.

Because I bought my system from them, they come and inspect it for free. I believe that is good for 2 years. They helped me out. They get the job done. It takes probably 15 or 20 minutes. The workers were great. They diagnosed and solved my problems. I don't have to follow up with them at all. They get the job done.

They are always prompt and professional. They always give us pricing up front so we know what our options are and what it is going to cost. One time they found some mold in the unit and showed us a picture. They explained it could use more coolant or advised we get it sealed properly. We had them seal it. We would highly recommend them.

Installation of new heat/AC system went great. When our electronic filter had issues, they sent a tech over immediately. Couldn't be happier with the install and service. Highly recommended!

The process from the beginning of receiving an estimate to the end of the installation of the AC systems was easy, professional and without issues. I had to get two AC systems replaced right when it started getting hot outside in June. Donmar responded to my phone call within an hour and came out the same day to look at my aged and broken down systems. Estimate for two new systems was very fair price and importantly they could do the installation within three days. Don the owner of the company explained the details of the different systems, what the installation would entail and answered our questions with patience. At the day of the installations, the work crew was early and on time and proceeded with the work swiftly. Lead person of the installation crew was knowledgeable and explained well the aspects of the new equipment and the operations. Quality of work from what I can tell was great. Crew cleaned up everything once they were finished. We are happy with the systems that Donmar installed and also the entire installation process from beginning to end. Crew came back to check on a minor adjustment on AC without an issue. We used Donmar again in September for a new Water heater installation. Process was efficient and professional and fair price. I definitely recommend Donmar Co. Inc.

Donmar was able to quote and install the replacement systems quickly. Don came out to perform site visit and provide a quote for the replacement units. We were able work out the right options at the right price (all with no high pressure tactics). Don was also able to schedule the install very quickly. The install was a big one due to the fact we were replacing both systems in one day. The team of installers started early and worked hard all day to get the systems up and running. They were very courteous and laid down protection on all the services they used to travel through the house. It was a long day but we got two beautiful systems that run quietly and cool the house nicely. As part of the installation, we have one year service warranty with two visits. Donmar also filed all the manufacturer's warranties and provided us proof for our record. Overall, the experience has been a great one.

The staff was courteous and efficient during the installation. Most important, the company's knowledgable owner came out in person to evaluate the system and provide me with a price quote. He was extremely fair and advised me to buy a smaller a/c unit for the home because he felt that my original unit had been too large and had thus been strained going on and off all the time, rather than running for longer periods which also helps lower humidity in the home. Thus, I was pleased to pay less for a smaller unit that will serve me better. (My neighbors have a virtually identical house with a much larger unit for the same space.) After installation my summer electrical bills with a new efficient system dropped from about $200 a month to $80, while I now use lower temperatures. The company's owner is also knowledgable about my in-home split units and a high efficiency furnace I use, so I went ahead and signed a service agreement and the staff notated which members of their staff to always send who are most knowledgable about the manufacturers and models of equipment that I use. It is hard to find an expert in heating and air conditioning and I am extremely satisfied with the work that is completed and am confident I have a reliable service provider for the future.
