They did a terrific job, responding to me very quickly to get a new floor in to meet my deadline to put my house on the market. Their technicians were professional and did an excellent job. The transitions to join the new flooring to four doorways of different material (carpet, vinyl sheet, concrete) were done better than the original flooring work. They completed the entire downstairs in less than a day. They had a difficult job to work around an existing built-in cabinet unit, but even the small areas of floor beside this cabinet look perfect. I would hire them again and will recommend them to any one. I would invite them to use me as a reference.

Ray offered useful options when choosing a prefinished hardwood floor for living / dining rooms. Was accurate and transparent with estimated cost. Product delivery to store took a bit longer than expected. But, once installation was scheduled, the team showed up and began installation promptly. Unfortunately, they ran out of materials because the vendor didn't ship was ordered. Ray arranged for immediate shipment of remaining material and the team finished in the estimated one day (though it took a second visit). Overall, Ray and his team performed well and I would recommend and use again.

We went to the store to get some design suggestions and a quote. Ray, the owner was very helpful and discussed various options. He came out to our home that same evening and took careful measurements.  He was flexible with our requirements and at no point did he push us to buy more.   He gave us a very competitive quote.
There were four separate crews that did the work.  Each crew specializes in what they do, e.g. the granite crew only does granite work.  They were on time, did the job exactly as described, and even went out of their way to accomodate minor changes, for example when they had to trim the door to fit. 
The job was done on time, and to a very high standard.  Very impressive.

Decor Floor has installed carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring over the past several years throughout our house. When we had carpet replaced with hardwood in our home office, the workers did a great job of matching the grain and lining up the planks with the wood floor in the foyer. In 2011, we had flooding in our basement. Decor Floors installed ceramic tile to replace the ruined laminate and the installation was done promptly and professionally. I continue to call on Ray for all of our flooring needs and have yet to have a negative experience. The pricing has been competitive each time I've gotten multiple estimates.

I am so happy that I found Décor Floor and Kitchen and I give them a big A+. Before I found them, my general contractor, who I have known for many years, told me that he could install new carpeting. He started the job and realized that it was too difficult for him so I now know only to use specialized professionals. Décor was great from start to finish. They were very accurate with their estimate and measurements. Next, when I consulted with them on carpeting type in their showroom, they really helped me pick out the best overall value for what I needed. Finally, when the crew came out to do the installation, they were extremely professional, polite and very skilled. They finished the job in a day and I was so happy with the results. I highly recommend Décor. They have a nice showroom next to the Giant in Cascades and they have a lot of different samples. The owner is so knowledgeable so if you are thinking of renovating, I really recommend you talk to him and visit their showroom. They also do hardwood refinishing, kitchen cabinets and granite so I will definitely be using them for all of my future home improvement projects!

Ray was great to work with and extremely helpful and friendly. We had a requirement to match the wood that the builder had installed in a newly built home. I understand it's a fairly difficult thing to match wood but Ray went out of his way to locate the identical wood that builder had installed. We had a very tight schedule to get the floors completed prior to the movers delivering our furniture. When Ray and his team determined it would take about 3 days to complete the work his team leader Sean brought two crews out and completed the entire house in a single day but did not compromise on the quality of their work! They did an amazing job and were professional in every respect. They cleaned up everything before they left and left everything as clean as when they had arrived. We will be completing our flooring re-model in the near future and will definitely be contacting Ray and his team to complete the remainder of the work.

My mother needed new flooring in her condo, so after researching on Angie's List, I recommended that she call Decor.
Installers arrived on a Friday morning, and made quick work of moving the bedroom furniture and removing the existing wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedroom (about 20'x15'). They replaced it with Pergo flooring, and put new baseboards to match. Then they tore-up and replaced the vinyl flooring in the kitchen (10'x10').
With the bedroom finished, they put back the furniture and also laid-out my mother's brand-new Pottery Barn rug - which they didn't need to do, but were kind enough to volunteer. The rug's pad needed some trimming, so one of the workmen got out his utility knife and began cutting. Unhappily, he accidentally cut the new rug itself. Decor's owner tried to have it repaired - but the results were not satisfactory, so he bought and installed a brand new replacement rug.
Other than that mishap, my mother is generally very pleased with the work. The bedroom looks fantastic, and she couldn't be happier with it. The kitchen is very good, but not quite perfect - there are some small bumps in the floor which Decor doesn't think is a problem.

They were actually very helpful and the cost was reasonable. They were good and I liked them a lot. They were the cheapest from among a number of quotes I got and they did a good job.

Every thing went very smoothly. First they removed all the old carpet, cleand the floors and installed the new products.
