They did a great job and everything went well.

Crew left holes in the wall after cable outlet installation. Plus, they refused to patch the lrg holes in the walls. After complaining to Hensel electric of the overpriced bill and left a gouge in the BR, they sent a chk to make amends with the billing situation. 3 wks later, Hensel electric hired someone to repair the accidental hole in the BR. Taking action to amend a bad experience is appreciated. Had his crew been less callous with their workmanship and discussed openly with the details of the bill, none of this would have happened in the first place.

Excellent work and very professional team. Gave me great advice and info at the initial consult, and delivered exactly what they promised. They completed the job in one morning, and left the area as they found it. It was like someone snapped their fingers and what I wanted magically appeared! Other contractors said I would need more lights, which increased the price, Hensel gave me the light I needed and it turned out perfectly. It's refreshing to get what you want at a fair price and not having someone change you extra for something you could have done without. I wish I could change all the lighting in my house. When I need electricians again, I'll definitely use Hensel. The best.

Janice and Wil are very professional. From the in-home estimate to the final bill, everything was communicated in a timely, professional manner. We required a lot of new wiring and drilling to be done. Wil completed the entire job in one visit. Our kitchen and living room look gorgeous!

Wil and his team did a wonderful job. Had to schedule a good distance out on account of Fairfax's permit process, but they arrived exactly on time, completed the work on time and answered any questions I had. They were not the cheapest option on Angies List, but we felt comfortable with them and were happy we with them. Even the county inspection team told me specifically: "These guys did a very nice job."

Very well. The company was great to work with and very efficient and detailed in their work. Sometime after the warranty period expired, one of the photo-sensor outdoor lights started blinking, and Hensel Electic sent someone out at no charge to make an adjustment to it. Everything works great now. Thank you!

The two man crew showed up on time, very professional, clean install, and cleaned and vacuumed when done. Price did not incl drywall repair or painting, as we elected to have our normal handyman and ourselves to that work. Would absolutely hire them again for some other electrical projects.

We had some extensive electrical work done in our home that required a lot of drywall work as well. We had two crews that were both excellent - Keane & Jay one day - and Eric and Josh on another day. Both of these crews did an amazing job with all of the electrical work. They were incredibly professional, on time and also did a fabulous job not only limiting the drywall damage, but ensuring the drywall cuts were clean and all drywall was attached meticulously so the repair would be simple. Very experienced, very competent, very polite - and they do a great job protecting floors, carefully removing any items and cleaning up. The best experience I've had in a long time.

I could not be any happier with the job. Dave and his men are absolutely terrific. They arrived on time, were friendly, helpful, clean and so efficient. The job was done with a minimal of cutting in drywall. Dave helped me with the design of the lights and positioning of a pendant light. They guys all worked together so well and wasted no time at all in getting the job done. I now have an electric company when and if I ever need them again. I highly recommend Dave Hensel and his crew without the slightest hesitation!

Very well. The problem was tricky to diagnose, but they quickly found the root of the problem.

I made the initial call to the company and received a call back within the hour. The next day I received a call from the owner who explained the process and approximate costs and we scheduled a date. Two people showed up in the time frame I was given (a professional and an apprentice). They diagnosed that the motor was shot and they had the part on the truck so they were able to replace it. Both technicians were very nice and professional. While they were there, I asked them about something else I needed done in the future and they provided the best options for that job. Would definitely hire them again.

Electrician showed up on time and completed the installation in an hour. Dave had estimated that it would take an hour when he called after we submitted an inquiry so was pleased the job didn't cost more than expected.

We decided on Dave Hensel Electric after going through three other proposals. It was clear to us that Dave knew what he was talking about and had the experience when he came to look at the work that needed to be done. Phone calls were always returned on the same day and they were very responsive. They were only able to replace the electrical panel after two weeks time because they had other commitments. We were concerned that heavy duty applicances might blow the panel which was on it's last legs. Dave assured us that if that happened, he would prioritize our work and reschedule his other commitments. In addition to replacing the electical panel, the 2 workmen also installed 3 electrical plugs and external lighting on the same day. They were very competent and skilled. Dave called after they were finished to follow up and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend their services.

Dave's team was quick, clean, and flexible. We made some game-day decisions on placement of the camera, and they made it all happen with no fuss.

It took a bit of time but the two electrician's came finally figured out that the wire connecting the outlets to the main power source had burnt out. The two gentlemen were thorough. They made sure to update me along the way as to what was going on and what they were doing.

The project went great. The guys showed up on time and performed all the work at the quoted price. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Dave, was a little hard to get In touch with at first. You have to call his office and he calls back. He does all the estimates himself and he is busy. Once we finally talked and scheduled an estimate, he came on time. I thought I needed a new panel but he was honest and said my panel was fine and a sub panel would meet my needs and save me money. He also honored the Angie's List coupon.
