Dave's Landscaping

Dave runs his own company and gives the kind of service you'd expect when the owner is doing the work himself. Excellent. He has one helper. If it needs several cuts, it happens, and if it needs nothing, nothing gets done or charged. I would recommend him to anyone needing lawn care.

He is very punctual and always does what he says he is going to do. He has two other guys that works with him and they are great. The pricing is very very reasonable.

I was using them and I fired them six weeks ago. They were two brothers and one would show up to do the grass, the other would show up to do the landscaping and then each one would show up separately, say I owe them money and they would add bills. They would say that they left bills, but I never saw any bills. They would show up early in the morning on Sunday's or late afternoons and dinner hours, and say can we get our money. One brother would tell me that it's the other brother's fault and the other brother would tell me that no it is the other brother's fault, so I just had enough and I said I really don't care whose fault it was and I told them both they were fired. My overall impression is that they were not business savvy; they did not have business cards and did not speak to each, but the work they did was good. The price was okay for the work they did, the problem was that I never saw an invoice that said that showed the work that was done and the amount that I owed them. I will not use them again in the future.

He's friendly, he listens to exactly what you want, and he works with you. He also does a very good job cutting the grass. His prices are also competitive and he'll negotiate prices for different things you want to have done.
