They were very good, and we will call them again. I got their name from Angie's List, and they were A rated. The cost was very reasonable. We have a lot of windows and the cost was somewhere in the $200 range. They were on time, and they did an excellent job. They weren't speedy, but they got the job done.

Two man crew. The crew leader Raphael was a nice guy and the finished up in a about 2.5 hours - one working inside while the other did the outside. Easy to schedule, on time, polite and did a great job. I have hired them before and they will continue to be my vendor of choice for annual window cleaning.

We hired Crystal at the recommendation of our real estate agent to prepare a property for rental. The house was empty when they came and we were not there to supervise. When I was doing a final inspection shortly after their visit, I noticed dirty water stains all over the first level - on hardwood floors and carpeting, including a brand new carpet in the guest room.
The second floor was fine. I concluded from this that whoever was working the first floor didn't replace the dirty water they were working with and/or simply didn't care about the quality of their work since there was no one there to supervise.
I didn't hire someone to clean my windows, only to have to clean the floors myself afterward. When I called the company, the person who answered was polite and said they would investigate. A couple of days later I received a call from a man who spoke broken English and only kept saying and quot;I'm sorryand quot; and and quot;I don't know.and quot; I didn't make any demands, but I was disappointed the company took an indifferent attitude toward their work quality.
My advice to you: If you hire them, be there to supervise.

Ricardo arrived on time as scheduled and worked continuously for five plus hours. He was courteous, efficient, and careful. Did a great job.

I have used Crystal Window Cleaning several times. Found them first on Angies List! They are easy to schedule...always come ontime and always do exactly what has been agreed to. They never leave anything behind except sparkling windows!

This is the third time we have used this company, which was recommended by friends. They were very responsive and courteous in setting up the appointment each time.
The first two times, a crew of two men arrived and quickly cleaned all the windows. They had to be shown smaller basement windows, however, which they had overlooked.
This time, the crew did not arrive in the time window given, nor did they call to explain. But late in the afternoon, their truck arrived with just one cleaner, who explained that other cleaners did not work on Saturdays. This man was quick and efficient, but was constantly talking on his cell phone, even while on the ladder cleaning the window with his free hand. We found this unprofessional and potentially unsafe.

The window cleaners showed up right on time and did a very thorough, professional job.

It was an excellent experience. They happened to have a cancellation so were able to come out to my home the day after I called. The window cleaner - Osmond - was absolutely fantastic. Prompt, courteous and he went the extra mile in cleaning. Highly recommended. My windows look brand new and it really makes a difference in my home's appearence inside and out.

This is the second time I have had Crystal do my windows....everything was easy....and done perfectly. They answered my call...scheduled the job....showed up on time. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was having a major event at my home and after a pretty bad winter, my windows really needed a good cleaning. They were originally scheduled to come out Apr. 28. However, because of rain, it had to be rescheduled. The company was understanding and responsive when I told them I had a deadline to have the job done before my event. They arrived promply and immediately went to work. I expected them to work as a team, with the man cleaning the outside of the same window the lady was cleaning inside so they could see any streaks. Instead there seemed to be no real method to their movement. They did forget one window that I had to remind them of. The screens were removed and cleaned well. I was disappointed that they did not remove the storm windows, but rather raised and lowered the sash windows to get to all surfaces.

It went well. They did a good job on the windows. I felt that their price was good. Their customer service was also good. They were punctual and responsive.

The work took about two to three hours. The service man did an excellent job. Very careful and thorough.

Crystal Window Cleaning has done work for us before. Based on the quality of their previous work, they were asked to return. The excellent quality of their work for this job is consistent with our experience of them on earlier work.
