Cortez Services, LLC has done a great job taking care of the lawn at our new house. They always take that extra minute to move our hoses and anything else I might forget to move before mowing day. They are always punctual, efficient, and polite. I dont think you will find a better value for the work they do.

Cortez Services came out to give me a free estimate and were incredibly professional from the start. Prior to the estimate, I had sent Karen, the project manager, my ideas on what I wanted done. She had printed everything out and taken notes. Francisco, the lead contractor, showed up for the estimate as well and was very knowledgable about what needed to be done. I received the estimates from Cortez and Karen had grouped the items I requested into various projects. I decided to start with just our wall removal project. Throughout the project, as I had slight changes to what I wanted, Cortez worked with me to keep the cost of the project reasonable. Small changes were accepted with no extra cost. Larger changes, such as the removal of two existing beams and a column which they deemed to be only decorative after opening the walls, were fairly priced. The quality of the work was exceptional. The team was professional and trustworthy. We ended up exercising two additional projects with Cortez after the initial wall removal because we were so pleased with their work. 
I rated Cortez as only "good" for responsiveness because of some difficulty getting a hold of Karen towards the end of our project. Francisco, the lead contractor, was excellent in responsiveness. I texted with him almost daily during the project and when I had to go out of town, he even agreed to FaceTime with me to show me progress and talk over items I had questions on. 
I highly recommend Cortez Services and I plan to use them again in the future when we are ready to do our next project.

Work was performed within a few days after the contracts were signed on schedule.
