Connor's Termite & Pest Control

Contacted the provider on Monday and the service was scheduled for that Thursday. I was told I would receive a call the day before to get a service window. I never received that call. I called them back Friday to ask about the service, as I had informed them I would not be at the service address which they had said was not a problem. I was informed that the service had not been performed, that in fact there was no record of my appointment which I had made over the phone. I rescheduled for the following Thursday, giving instructions that I would again not be able to be present for the service and to call me or email me with the estimate. I received a call Wednesday from the technician confirming he would be out to the house on Thursday. I was informed Friday by my tenant that the technician had been out Thursday, but did not have a tall enough ladder and was coming out again Friday. I received a call on Saturday from the technician who left a voicemail stating that he would input the estimate into the system that evening, but to call him with any questions. We played phone tag for the rest of the evening. Finally, two days later, the estimate hasn't been entered into the system and the carpenter bee problem still hasn't been fixed. And all the person who answered the phone offered to do was call the technician and get the estimate from them. They will not be performing the service. I am done with this company's dysfunction.

I signed a one-time treatment with this company about two years ago. Although I knew Connor 'S had no obligation to help me, I contacted the company by email about my front  porch issue. I was surprised when the company contacted me. John Caffo, the Branch Manager,  came out and evaluated the problem and promised to send someone out to fix it. He did exactly that.  Again, this company had no obligation to help me, but they did. Connor'S  Pest & Termite Control was listed as one of the best picks in the
 Prince George's County  BEST PICK REPORTS for 2015. With this kind of service, I can clearly understand why they are listed. I would like to thank this company for a job well done.
