The rear passenger-side door knob broke off so I ordered a new one on Amazon.  When it arrived I called Rosie from Choice Automotive around 10am and she scheduled me for noon.  I asked Tony to take a look at my front driver-side door too since it seemed loose.  It took around and hour and a half before they were complete.  As usual I am happy with their work.  My driver side door is no longer loose and my passenger side door can now be opened again. 

It went very well.  They were able to get the parts into their store within a day and installed it as I waited.  They offered me a loaner car but since I was with my wife and children I decided to stay at their store which had TVs, laptops, magazines, snacks, and an X-box to keep us all entertained while we waited.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel welcomed.
There is a very nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks.
The Manager Josie was prompt about explaining what is needed and showed a nice clear breakdown of the ares requiring repair. She assured the service would be done in time to get back on the road for work and did. The Auto Mechanics and Owner even stayed later past closing to ensure our vehicle would be ready.

Was completed in the specifed time and done correctly. Needed to have it looked at a few time to find out the "true" issue. Pricing was very good and service excellent.

My husband and I have been going to Choice Automotive since 2009. I found them through positive reviews online, and have not been disappointed! Tony and his team are efficient, helpful, responsive and always go the extra mile. Everything from changing wiper blades to major repairs of a 15 year old car, they can do it. No job is too big or too small, and they will explain all the work needed, and also confirm which services you can do without. The shop is clean and on a number of occasions we have either used their loaner car or they have driven us home/to work for jobs that will take longer than an hour. It's easy to schedule work, and usually if I have something small I can just drop by and they get to it quickly. I highly recommend this business!

I called ahead and got a "hello" instead of a "Choice Auto". Not a huge deal, but a flag went up. When I arrived, the waiting room was full, but no one was at the desk to greet me. I waited for about 10min before someone showed up. This was a good and bad sign for me. They're busy, but maybe too busy?

Wow! Where do I begin?! The whole experience and dealing with Rosie and Tony was just awesome! I had been having trouble with my transmission for a couple of weeks and it finally decided to "quit" on a Friday night. So Saturday morning I pull up Angie's List.com and try to find a transmission shop that was open. Thankfully, Choice Automotive was open. I spoke with Rosie on the phone and felt confident that this was the place to go! They're pretty close to my home and I was able to limp my van to their shop.
(A little plug here for the Customer Service at Angie's 800 number. When I arrived to the street of auto repair shops where Choice was located I realized I left their name and # at home and forgot who I had spoken with. I had Angie's number in my phone and called them and they were able to figure out which shop I had spoken with with the little information I could remember. Thanks Angie's CS!)
When I finally pulled up to Choice they were able to look at my van almost right away. Rosie was behind the counter and it was so pleasant chatting with her while they inspected my van. My van is old, has 193,000 miles on it and in need of lots of repair so I figured the estimate would be high. Well, I was right and wasn't sure I could afford all the work that needed to be done. What a pleasant surprise it was when Rosie said I could pay in installments! I thought I was dreaming! Wonderful! Rosie and Tony went out of their way to make the whole repair process easy and as painless as possible. What a Godsend they are! I have never experienced this kind of customer service with car repair ANYWHERE!
Not only that, I needed my (limpy) van on Sunday and had to be at my new job on Monday at 8:30 a.m. So I didn't know how I was going to get my van to Choice Auto for repairs on Monday (which is in the opposite direction of my office). That was no problem for Tony; he came all the way out to my office to pick up my van and left me a loaner car to drive back to his shop after I got off work! They completed all the repairs in one day and stayed open a little later for me to arrive after work to pick up my van!
And later when I noticed a mistake on my bill, Tony was quick to correct it with no trouble at all! I'm so happy that I've found a car repair shop that's honest and really knows their stuff! I bought my van used but now it's running like new! Thanks Tony and Rosie and I know you'll be seeing me again when the next thing breaks! But hopefully not too soon! ;-D
Oh, and when I stopped by Choice Saturday morning with my 2nd payment, they had fresh Dunkin Donuts and hot coffee brewing! Wow! I LOVE this place! ;-) I highly recommend this business! All A's! A+++++++++

Overall, it went very well. I have been duly impressed by the people working here and they responded very quickly and professionally to my issue without any difficulty or question.

I went to Choice Automotive after I received terrible service from another auto shop that left my exhaust system damaged. The first shop wanted another $600 to fix the damage they did. I chose to find a new shop for my business and I found Choice Automotive online. Not only did Choice Automotive fix the exhaust system (for far less than $600) but they were able to identify and repair another issue I was having with my 1997 Infinity I30. Eventually I had the steering and rack and pinion system replaced and now the car runs and handles better than it has in years. I had been throwing money at this issue for some time. First time at Choice and they fixed it right - threw in an oil change too! After that, I took my 1997 Chevy Tahoe to them the next day. Over four years I have been paying various shops to fix a loss of power I experienced when driving over the mountains under load (Shenandoah and West Virginia Appalachians). I've spent thousands replacing catalytic converters, fuel filters, sensors, plugs, major tune-ups - you name it. Still lost power and still had a "check engine soon" light on. However, 10 minutes talking this issue out with Tony (owner) and Phillipi and they had a good idea what the problem was (Phil had a similar issue with his Chevy SUV). One day in the shop and the problem is fixed - two trips back and forth over the mountains and no problem, no warning lights and no loss of power. Beautiful. Wish I had known these guys four years ago. They even discovered my battery was nearly exhaused (I knew this but hadn't mentioned it). I declined to get a new one at that time, but when I showed up they had replaced my battery for free! It's a full service shop, great customer service and the price is reasonable. Master mechanics that appear to know their stuff and are concerned enough to do the right thing. And they warranty their services as well as any other shop I've been to over the years. I would recommend their services to anyone that may not be happy with their current service provider (as I was) or who is looking for a new place to take their car for service. It went in for a basic oil change. They completed it quickly.
