Heating and Air Conditioning Service
This is the second service they have done for me. The first time I bought a 1-year contract because of the professionalism, and detailed explanations I received about the new-to-me system and its maintenance needs. During the H/AC check, the serviceman pointed out that my water heater was leaking, and checked it to see what the problem was. This check was not part of my contract, and I was not charged for it. Over the weekend, the serviceman returned to help me deal with a failed and leaking water heater, although it was the responsibility of another less-responsive company.
