"Thank you for the wonderful report and the men REALLY appreciate your generous tip."
"Sorry about the time lost looking for your condo. The route you may have taken to your new condo may have been by way of Route 66 inside the beltway. Commercial trucks are not allowed on that portion of Rt.66 Construction in the area is terrible this year. Sorry about that! Thank you for your report here."
"Thank You. We appreciate your referring us to a friend too.!!!!"
"Thank you for putting up a report. We are finding that only about half the Angie's List customers remember to go back in and put a report up after service. We know this as we know we have done over 100 Angie's moves in the last 2 years. So, thanks again. Bill Campbell Office 703 435 2242"
"Thank You !!!!!!!!! We appreciate your time for sending in a report on us."
"I thank you and my employees thank you as well for their generous tip. As I have said before everyone here realizes that the Angie List customers are so very important. When at all possible I send a certain couple of my best hands crews to do the work so we can keep getting these A reports. Thank You Again, The Campbell Team 703 435 2242 (office)"
"Member, Thank you for your all A report. I must admit it is difficult to work in the heat we are having this summer but we try to do the best we can for you Angie customers. We appreciate your business and your referrals."
"Thank you for your "A" report on us. We do try harder and realize how important every Angie's List customer is. If you realize just how hard it is to move and add the stress it surprises me that we keep getting mostly A reports. The potential for mistakes is huge for us so it adds a bit of pressure to keep everyone 100% satisfied. Thank you very much for your business. Bill Campbell"
"We thank you for your response to our work. Yes D.C. traffic can be a problem some mornings, especially for a truck!"
"Thanks for taking then time to post your experience with us."
"Thank you Member for the report here. Sorry about any confusion you had on the minimum we have. The minimum is 3 hours plus 1 hour travel time for a total of 4 hours. I think you must have remembered 3 hours minimum plus 1 hour travel time for a total of 4 hours minimum. It can be confusing sometimes"
"Thank you for your fair report. As far as the items not packed, I believe it was opened containers of liquids, flammables, alcohol, and pressurized cans. These are a few of the items we can not pack. Also ammunition and firearms can not be handled by us. If we missed something other than these types of items please accept my apology."
"Thank you for your business a second time. We probably should have sent a second truck on the first day since you had a storage unit to be moved as well. Normally we do not send anyone to do surveys of apartment moves. Next time remind me it was 2 truck loads and I will get it right. thanks again for your business."
"I TOTALLY APOLOGIZE for the missed call. I was notified about the scratch on the refrigerator by the crew and my sales guy right after the move. I was indeed leaving town right after this incident for the holidays and it just slipped through the crack. I am very sorry and will try to make it right with you today."
"Thank you for the chance to handle your move and the A AAAA report you gave us. We have been extremely proud of the reports most of our customers have written up for us. I have one particular crew that does my Angie's List customers so all the reports are basically about a four man crew I have. As far as the C grade on the report based on price, prices are all over the place within the moving industry and the lower rate companies are generally the outlaw companies that use day labor and not proper insurance. We will gladly furnish all our documentation prior to any move. Again, Thank You. Bill Campbell"
"My feeling on this move is that had the customer been even halfway packed and ready for their move PRIOR to our arrival it would not have started off on the wrong foot. The customer declined our packing service and when we arrived we had to do the packing.I personally went over and tried to get it organized as soon as I heard about it that Sunday morning. I even packed all the marble, glass tops and pictures for 2 hours at no cost at all. for labor or materials. As far as the floor protection goes, there was no room on the floor to put it down until we cleared an area from the foyer and living room. Prior preparation would have made this move as good as the previous 25 reports we have documented here on Angie's List."
"Thank You for the report you filed. The snowstorm did not do me any favors and I appreciate your patience in waiting for us to be able to get your move done. We have 2 different size trucks but they are not that much different in size. The larger trucks are 34 feet in total length and the smaller ones are 29 feet. The 2 trips would have been necessary with either truck as 5 feet more would not have made the difference. Again, thank you for the praise of my crew. They appreciate hearing they were great."
"The member is mistaken. His move took place over the Thanksgiving weekend. On the day before Thanksgiving we delivered 10 free boxes at his request. The day before that he switched his move date and we accommodated that. His original quote for moving only was $540 to $810 which was 4 to 6 hours. Campbell moving did both the packing and the moving in 4.5 hours $607. The boxes that we had to use for packing came to $144.This brought his total for BOTH packing and moving to $751. This is still less than the $810 he was quoted for moving only. As far as not responding, Mr.Krishna who by the way did not pay for this move but represented some one else in negations, called over the Holiday weekend when are office was closed. That Monday upon hearing from my crews about his concern a call was placed to him. The client paying for the move had written two separate checks to cover the cost. He basically wanted the boxes for free. He stated the move went great but he did not want to pay for the boxes we used to help him pack. I offered to give him 20% off of the boxes at which point he became belligerent and told me to keep the money. Moving is a very stressful time and under these circumstances sometimes words are misconstrued. Campbell moving is sorry that he feels the way he does however the service that we provided which was BOTH packing and moving was still completed under his original move only quote.Campbell moving takes great pride in it's 2 plus years of A ratings on Angie's List. We hope that one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch."
"Thanks for the A report. You were a great customer for us as well. I didn't even remember you were a Angie's List customer until I read this report. Thanks for the praise of my crews and good luck to you and your family in the Boston area. Bill Campbell 703 435 2242"
"Thank you for the input and high marks. We very much appreciate the Angie's List customers. Sorry about the rainy morning and late start. Please feel free to call us for any thing else we can do for you. Leon says thanks too. Bill Campbell"
"Thank you for the great report on our company. We try hard to please you Angie people. Your question about tipping? Yes, movers are one of the services that should be tipped if the job is done well. Lots of customers don't realize how to tip but generally for a full day size job about $25 to $35 per man is most appreciated. Thanks for asking about it and thanks for the business."
"Thank You for the time it took to write a report for us. We have found that not all members go back and put up a report. Our crews are very happy with the way this Angie's list system works as they are getting lots of high praise and helping us to fill our schedule. We all need the work after a few years of less than a great economy."
"Thank you for the nice report. I am sorry we have to have a minimum on most jobs. It is costly to send out a large truck and crew. We typically try to have a 4 hour minimum so our crews can do 2 jobs a day and get their 8 hours. If we were to schedule 1 or 2 hour jobs we might lose out on being able to do a larger job on any given day.Thank you again from the Campbell Crew!!!!"
