We had several leaks coming in to the garage and shed, and needed some other work done around the house.  Steven came very promptly for an estimate.  We got several estimates from other companies but liked Steven the best.  They scheduled a date and came the day they said they would.  The work was done in a few days.  After the work was completed we noticed a minor issue that needed to be fixed.  Steven and crew came out the next day to take care of it.  We were very happy with the work done and the price we paid.  We would definitely use BRP Remodeling again.

I've used BRP Remodeling before and will certainly use again for all my home improvement projects. Just built a raised deck over the back-loading garage. I am extremely happy with the results. BRP obtained all the permits from the HOA and county. Everything was built to code and passed all the inspections. Communication is easy. All work performed in a timely manner and to high standards of quality. All cleanup taken care of.

Steven was very professional and wonderful to work with. He stuck to the promised timelines and quotes. He was also flexible as other small things arose while we prepared the town house for sale. And the cherry on top of all that, the workmanship was excellent. There are little things in a project like this you (as the owner) simply don't notice or forget to specify, what impressed me was Steven and his crews attention to those little things. And a lot of times those little things make a huge difference. Even our Realtor (whose been in the business for decades) was impressed and took note for future work.
