BEST CABINETS CO

Price is a guestimate based on what the overall kitchen costs were.  The company was contracted out by our building landlord to create a kitchen in a small room that already had water and electricity to it.  We worked with the landlord's space designer to specify what we wanted (dimensions, style, finish...everything) and once we approved the plans, the landlord contracted out with this company for the cabinetry.  I am writing this review about 4 years after the work was done as I plan to get a quote from them for some custom cabinetry for my house. 
I have been very pleased with the craftsmanship and the cabinets have held up well.  We did have some problems but they did get resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction - and there are usually issues that do need to get resolved so how a company handles them is important.  Overall they came on time and were minimally disruptive to my office.  A lot of the work was done off-hours. 
I had two problems, one minor, one not so minor, both involving installation.  One of the countertop pieces did not fit due to the lack of square walls.  Countertop was surrounded on three sides with an already standing wall.  The worker who trimmed the piece to size didn't use the proper method/tools and thus the laminate was chipped at that edge. Installed it anyway.  I pointed that out to the landlord and the landlord had the company re-do that piece.  I was there when the worker cut and installed it, however my communication was not with this company but with the landlord who was footing the bill.
The other was a safety issue.  The company did install bracing to the walls behind the wall cabinets.  Unfortunately the cabinets above the sink were installed with the top screwscompletely missing the bracing altogether and thus these cabinets and the massive weight were being held by two lower screws into the bracing and the two top ones into only drywall. This was due to the installer installing the cabinets about 1 1/2" too high thus not to the exact specifications, not paying attention to how the screws didn't hit any fortification, nor putting enough screws in to ensure the cabinets could handle the weight from above.  Well now there are several more in each cabinet.  
Fortunately those cabinets fell on a weekend when no-one was in the office - but didn't come crashing to the floor, as our Keurig coffee maker (didn't get damaged!) and our paper towel dispenser were in the downward path and the cabinets got hung up on those two items or the cabinets themselves may have damaged the counter and cabinets below them.  They tipped significantly but only dropped downwards about 4-5" before getting wedged into the side walls.  Landlord contact the company and they came out, remounted the cabinets, repaired the wall.  All to my satisfaction.  Yes, it could have had a very unhappy ending, and though all the bracing was checked and some refortification done, we no longer store such heavy items on top.
