Belfore was recommended to us by our insurance company. I can't say enough bad things about them. They were absolutely horrendous! They couldn't do even simple things. Awful! F!, F!, F! They couldn't even install cabinets. We battled them to try and get our money back, so we could go to somebody decent. We didn't begin to get the money back that they owed us. Belfore wanted to charge us $20,000! We were able to hire Potomac West to finish the job. They finished the job in 5 days, and it was no big deal for them. Yet, Belfore dragged on, and took over one year. They still couldn't get it right! There were workers that didn't speak English, and there was no consistency with who showed up. It was just a nightmare! They were horrible! Some of the Belfore groups are OK, but this group is horrible. I think our insurance company dropped them from their preferred providers list. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy! They shouldn't even be in business!

They did a thorough job of removing the mold. There wasn't much there, but they did a great job. They were quite experience and had all the right equipment. They stood by waiting for the results of the reinspection. The inspector found a spot that they overlooked and they came back and did that area. They were very professional and I am very pleased with their work.
