A+++ We came home one evening to find that our air conditioning was not working. Since we have a maintenance agreement with B & B I gave them a call. I spoke to the technician on call who asked a few questions and said he would be right there. In less than one hour he was at our house, looked at the problem, gave us his initial assessment but could not fix it. He came back in the AM and tried a few more things but could not get it running. The compressor was locked up. This was done at no cost to us and part of the service agreement. At a minimum the compressor had to be replaced but since the system was 19 years old it did not make sense to just to replace the compressor. It was time for a complete new system. They recommended a Carrier Infinity System and when I looked on line at the different options, I agreed. Chris, the Vice President/General Manager came to the house, inspected the existing system and in great detail, explained the various options and cost. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not a pushy commissioned salesperson. We selected the system that was best for us including dehumidifiers and scheduled the replacement. Chris and the crew arrived when schedule and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The space was very limited and it was difficult to get the old inside unit out and the new on in. New ductwork had to be made but with minimal impact on us, two and a half days later we were enjoying the cool, quite, very efficient system. We did not shop around for pricing or for some companies special, but I believe the cost to be competitive and if not, I would pay a little more just for the quality service and of the personal. We could not be more pleased with the complete process from the initial phone call to the completion of the installation. Great Job and will use again!!!

I have the same mechanic come out every time. I've been using them for approximately ten years.

It took three days largely because of a need to come up with a different configuration to include the humidifier in as close as possible, the same space which had once housed just the heating and air conditioning unit.  The workers were extremely professional, I hardly knew they were in the house. The best thing was my air conditioning bill for the following month (when it actually got hotter) was cut by almost 30%.

We love B&B.  Luckily for us, we inherited the service contract from the previous owner.  It includes quarterly inspections (most providers only do 2 per year).  Though I do not know how much these service contracts cost now, our contract was grand-fathered in and the annual premium never increases.  We've been in our house since 2005 and have been paying the exact same amount for the contract.  Who else does that?
On top of that, the service is also excellent.  The technicians are friendly, professional and they clearly are very experienced.  Heating/AC units are a huge investment, so having folks who can help maintain and extend the life of the system are priceless!

HVAC technician inspected our heating system and showed my how to do it so I could do it myself in the future.  I appreciated him doing this.  The tech was very courteous and respectful.

We've been using B & B Air Conditioning & Heating for the last two years. They're reliable and honest. They've done good work for us.

We asked for a proposal for a new gas water heater, new Carrier Infinity 2 stage full system - the  price was outrageous.  We wanted a comparative quote and this quote was double the price for the exact same system.

They follow up with a reminder phone call and have always arrived promptly. Their technicians are willing to answer questions and always made reasonable recommendations with satisfactory results.

Everything went very well.  They have been consistently great.  We're very happy with them.

I don t remember how much the contract cost, but I think it is about average for this area. At one point, something they did did cause a leak that kind of ran out into my basement, and they were quick to bring somebody out and they replaced my carpet in my basement. They didn t give us a hard time at all.
