It went very well. They arrived on time with a HUGE crew and got the job knocked out in about 6 hours. Our home is about 2500 square feet so adjust your time expectations accordingly. I highly recommend Augustine for responsiveness, quality, and value.

Augustine Roofing was very professional and easy to work with. The work was delayed two times due to rain but they quickly rescheduled. They are coming back to nail in two of my gutters that came loose while the work was performed.

Price was on the lower end of the offers we received. Workers arrived on time, completed work with as little disruption as can be expected for replacing a roof, the quality is excellent, and clean up was such that you could not tell any workers were there. We are completely satisfied with our new roof, would use them again without hesitation, and would recommend to friends.

Overall, fine. The company and its people were courteous and professional. There were only 2 problems- one the roofing crew did not magnet- sweep the house perimeter for nails and metal as agreed, so we had to pick up ovdr 100 fallen nails, and two, the gutter sub-contractor didn't install the gutter screens we ordered and we had to call and get them to come back out.

Work was completed on time and to agreed upon specification.

As a former heavy construction manager I know a little something about using contractors. I can say without a doubt that I picked the right company. I could tell from the moment I met with the sales rep, through the process of selecting which materials we would use, to the actual performance of work, that this company was different from many others. I chose them not only based on their proposal (which was one of the better ones I received) but also because of their reviews. The sales rep was knowledgeable and honest, the price was very competitive, and the crew that showed up to do the work was phenomenal. The guys spent Saturday and Sunday in the scorching heat (95F +) for 12 hours a day removing and replacing my old roof. I expected the work to be satisfactory but they took no shortcuts and did everything they were supposed to and then some. they also installed two new solar attic vents. They made sure I was satisfied and even spent time realigning my satellite TV dish so I wouldn't need to get a technician out to do that later. Their work was outstanding. The roof is beautiful. You really don't need to get 3 quotes from different company's like you traditionally would with this company. If you pick them from the beginning in my opinion you can't go wrong. I would use Augustine Roofing again without hesitation.

Estimate was on target and they did not harass us to commit. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It is a steep roof and all expected flashing and vents were replaced. Ran the magnet multiple times through the yard and gardens. Gutter guard was accidentally thrown out, they replaced it.

The crew came on time, even on a Sunday as our original date had been pushed back by rain. All the debris was cleaned up and the roof looks great--we would recommend Augustine roofing and use them again.

Went exceedingly well. Found Augustine Roofing on Angie's List and scheduled an appointment for an inspection of the roof after noticing shingles in our yard. Not only did they respond quickly to our initial request, but were out to the house in only a couple of days. Very professional throughout this entire process. Best part was finding out that our friend, who had been a roofer, used Augustine and was literally gushing over how much he appreciated their work. Hopefully won't need them again, but if we have roof issues, we know who we are going to call.

It went great the workers showed up early in the morning around 7-8am and worked until 7 at night to get everything done in one day. The material for the roof project was delivered a few days prior in which they did dent my lawn pretty good with their machinery.Everything was cleaned up after the job and the new roof looks great.

Last year some of my 16 yr old builders grade roof shingles started deteriorating and blowing off my roof whenever there were high winds. I called Augustine Roofing and had them come out to replace missing shingles. They were honest and told me I still had a couple of years left before I needed a new roof. I decided to go ahead this year and have my roof replaced and again reached out to Augustine Roofing. They were very prompt to give me an estimate which was a very fair price. They also brought shingle samples and gave me some good tips on selecting both the shingle type and color. Augustine Roofing is a company I would highly recommend. They are knowledgeable, professional, and excellent roofers. They just installed my new roof today. Their roofing team was courteous, and they did an outstanding job. There was absolutely no debris left whatsoever. Thank you Augustine Roofing for a job very well done!

They let me know when they would have materials delivered, and when they would put on the new roof, and they came and did these things on schedule, cleaned up nicely, and seemed to do a very good job. Also, they did not ask for any money in advance, but instead sent an invoice for the entire amount a day or two after the work was done,

It went pretty well. There was an issue with the flashing at the rear of the house. They came back and fixed it, but it has popped up again.

It took them a little but of time to get me on the schedule because of winter, but overall great.

Our salesman seemed very knowledgeable and thorough when he came for the estimate. He was prepared with the proper equipment to reach our awkward attic door. It took us months to get on the schedule (we were told due to the weather), but we would've appreciated more communication on the matter. Also, the roofing crew moved our deck furniture during the job without returning the pieces when completed. However, these are minor details to us---we're really happy with the affordability of the project. Assuming that we don't have any problems with the work itself in the future (We've had big rainstorms and no leaks so far!), we'd definitely hire Augustine again and recommend to our family & friends.

Highly professional. They were very responsive, their estimate was very reasonable, and the work was completed promptly and well. We were pleased at how much of a difference it made in the appearance of the house. I would highly recommend the company.

My wife and I could not be happier with the whole experience, starting with the estimate which was very professionally done by Iani P. He answered our questions fully, and helped us to make a selection. No "hard sell". We opted for architectural shingles in the mid grade and are very happy with the final job and new roof - at what we think is a very reasonable price. After the estimate, the office kept us informed of the weather delays and when the final date was set, the team arrived on time and work was completed in one day in the time promised. The team was super-efficient and professional and very neat and thorough in their work. They advised us of the progress during the day, showing us the few areas where the roof boards needed replacement. The new roof looks excellent and the work area left spotless. Very pleased. Thanks
