While we knew from references that the Augustine was a reputable company, but they exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled with all aspects of the job. From the responsiveness of the sales staff to get us a quote, to getting the job scheduled, and finally the installation. The crew was on time, worked ALL DAY and did a great job taking care of our home. Please put them on your list of companies to call for roof replacement!

It went very well. We solicited offers from several roofing companies, but Augustine was most responsive and provided the best value. The estimator was a former roofer, so he knew what he was talking about and was very frank about the value of options. The people who delivered the shingles pre-positioned the supplies on the roof safely and efficiently the day before the roof was to be replaced (rain delayed the installation). On the day of installation a larger-than-expected crew quickly stripped the old shingles and installed the new shingles, roof vent, pipe collars and flashing by early afternoon then cleaned up and left. I was grateful it wasn’t an all-day or multi-day affair, as I’ve witnessed on some other roof replacements in the neighborhood. The gutter crew came out a few days later and removed the old gutters and replaced them while I was at work. A neighbor said the workers were very quick. I'll have a better idea of how good a job Augustine did when we get a heavy rain, but I'm confident they'll show the same responsiveness and professionalism to resolve any issues, should they arise.

They did a great job and we will use them again if there is a need for roofing service.

I called Augustine Roofing based on the reviews I saw on Angie's List to ask if they would come look at my roof. They called me back within a few hours to tell me that they no longer did small roof repairs. I was impressed by their courtesy in calling back, even though they would not perform the work.

Very pleased with the service provided by Augustine. They did a fantastic job replacing our roof. We have a 3000 sq ft house, plus a sun room and a couple of bay windows. They were extremely efficient and professional. At one point, I think we had a crew of 10 people working on our project - they finished in a day! And did a nice job of cleaning up too. Recommended.

The quote was very detail and specific to each items which will be replaced, as well as what may be the source for additional costs. Also, I was able to scheduled with them in a very small window of time. The installation crew was greatly. They all were very timely an professional through the whole installation. I would refer them for others.

Excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, finished in one day (just before a hard rain), and cleaned everything up very well. Their representative, Jon Frye, was very personable and knowledgeable and did some needed gutter work for me while he was on the roof for the inspection. From the office to the crew they are a great company to work with.

They made a mistake while doing it and they ended up comping the entire thing. It was great experience. It was unfortunate we had the problem with their service but I can understand how it can happen. They did phenomenally well at making it right. All the problems aside they did a good job. They showed up about 6 hours early and I wasn't home and they just climbed up on the roof and started doing the work without anybody around. I got home and the electrical problem was there. They were there and gone before I even got home. I was completely in a lurch.

Took a while to schedule because they were busy. They came a day early and did the job in just one full day. Excellent cleanup - only found 1 nail. Issue with attic fan - bad motor out of box. Not their fault. Great followup service.

The professionalism of Augustine Roofing was beyond compare. From the moment I met for an estimate through the installation, all my expectations have been met. There was a slight miscommunication between the estimator and the installer about the old cable dishes and removal, but they offered to return to correct that issue. I appreciated all the comments on this site because they were honest and spot on! Great company and would hire them again!

Augustine Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the roof and came in right at the quoted price. They had the materials delivered the day before and the roof completed the next. They were very efficient and professional.

Very satisfied with service. Never felt pressured by the estimator. He listened to what I wanted done and provided me an itemized quote for the work. Crew was courteous, professional, and worked hard for almost 12 hours to get the job done in one day. The curb for my skylight had to be replaced, which was not part of the original quote, but I was not charged extra for the additional work.

Everything was done on a timely basis and in a professional manner. The only glitch occurred when their supplier of roofing materials damaged our gutters with their ladders. They were prompt to take responsibility and we will have Gutter Helmet fix the damage and send the bill to directly to Augustine to pay. And the roof looks great thank you!

When we realized we had to replace our roof, we sought four separate estimates. Augustine Roofing, although not the cheapest company, was by far the most professional. They offered us multiple options for shingle and trim type and ended up replacing our skylights as well. Jon Frye, who provided the initial estimate, was punctual, easy to work with, and responsive. Tony from the office sent us a very helpful, detailed email prior to the start of work, which let us know what to expect on the day of installation. The work crew arrived by 7:30 am and worked 12+ hours on a very hot day day to ensure the roof was leak proof before they left. They were courteous, extremely hard-working and cleaned up after themselves. A different crew came out the second day to finish the job, and they were equally professional and hard-working. They even ran a magnetic rake through our lawn to pick up all the fallen nails and staples. All issues were promptly handled and resolved, and the next day we received our bill via email from Nancy - no surprises - exactly what we had agreed to. Augustine Roofing did an outstanding job! Our roof and skylights look fantastic and we highly recommend their services!

Job went well, very fast and on budget...flexible on work schedule to meet my needs and willing to perform the work in accordance with the insurance claims specifications.

Augustine Roofing was very professional. They came out and assessed the damage and provide cost of different types of roofing. Brought samples of the roofing colors so that we were sure we choose the correct color. The materials arrived on the day they scheduled and they were prompt on the day of the appointment. The work was done efficiently with little disruption to me as I work from home. I was also sent reminders prior to my appointment with what to do to prepare for the replacement and what to expect during. I would definitely use them again.

Augustine Roofing replaced our roof July 2017. We highly recommend Augustine Roofing. The estimator was great to deal with and answered all our questions including follow-up on color choice. Communications throughout was very good. The installation was on-schedule, with full cleanup. We are very happy with the work that was done and our new roof.

The crew did an excellent job! We were shown all the different products use for the new roof at the time of the estimate. Once a date for our new roof was selected , we were I kept abreast of arrival times for the supplies and the crew doing the roof and installing a new attic fan. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in less time than estimated. Bushes, decks, doorways and our hot tub were covered and protected throughout the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. Excellent cleanup by the crew who were professional, hardworking and courteous. Would highly recommend Augustine Roofing.

It went perfect - the work was perfect at a reasonable price

Through every step of the process we are extremely pleased. Jon and Tony were both helpful and straightforward. The crew was extremely well-managed and all of the workers were attentive to their tasks. We were particularly impressed by the level of cleanup and the extra steps that were taken to put the gutters and surrounding yard in better shape than when the job began. I would and will highly recommend Augustine!

Couldn't have gone better. The crew came early on a Saturday morning and finished before dark. A beautiful job, I would hire Augustine again. We have had no problems, hassles or pressure in any areas. I was a little worried at first because my wife was making all the arrangements - I asked why Augustine and she said "they are so nice". Well they are nice and know what they are doing at a fair price.
