They showed up as scheduled and worked very quickly. I expected them to take 2 days but they almost completed everything in a single day. Their work was interrupted by a heavy rainstorm that went through the area but they were able to get the important things completed to protect my house from the rainfall. Next day the supervisor came back with a couple of the crew to do the final shingles on the vented roof cap and some other portions without issues. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend them to others. Great crew and company.

They outlined the estimated costs for both and the estimates were exactly what we paid. They also performed the work on time and the crew worked efficiently, including replacing underlying plywood that had rotted with age.

Initially I wanted to replace just one piece of a plywood - popped nail caused a leak that made a rotten hole. Jon Frye came for estimate in a couple days after I called the company. He gave me estimate for both, repairing and replacing of the entire roof, no sales pressure, but he pointed out for some possible problems with the current roof. I'm glad I decided to go with the entire roof replacement - they found two more damaged pieces of the plywood. The materials were delivered on Friday prior to the job and unloaded on the roof (the job was scheduled on Monday). The team was very professional. They came early morning and worked almost until the dusk. Jon stopped by and answered all my questions. A different crew came next day to finish the roof over the bay window. The site was cleaned up.

For such a major expense I couldn't of asked for the job to go any smoother. The installers were very professional and the office provided excellent customer service and follow up.

Excellent work. Had been told we needed full roof replacement by another company and Augustine Roofing assessed the situation and said only several shingles had to be replaced. A full replacement was not needed. Because we had extra shingles on hand, they were able to remove and replace shingles on the initial visit. They removed all trash generated. Jon did a great job - very efficient..

Excellent workmanship, great crew, clean and efficient. Jon did the estimate and was also very good. Quick, to the point, and had a great "we can do that" attitude.... I had a couple of badly warped pieces of plywood that I assumed would need replacing, as well as a few that had the edges lifted up... Jon and the crew both had the mindset of try to fix things instead of just taking advantage of the situation and "require" a lot more work than really needed to be done! Again, Great job! I highly recommend them!

Augustine Roofing was one of five companies I contacted to replace my townhouse roof. They were incredibly responsive to my request for quotes, explained the materials they would be using, and thoroughly answered follow-up questions I had. On the day of service, they arrived at 7am and were completely finished by 3pm. While working, they laid several tarps across my deck and front step to catch debris, and after removing the tarps, even bought a blower out to make sure no dust or particles were left. They also used a detector/magnet to ensure no loose nails or staples would find their way into my tires or bare feet. One other note. My neighbors spent $25k two years ago to repair a ceiling and brick leak that was not covered by insurance. However, the leak reappeared again this summer. The crew with Augustine was able to determine the cause of their leak that my neighbors' initial company (which cost more than double the estimate from Augustine) missed, or didn't repair correctly and fix it for them on the spot. They couldn't be more pleased either. I know neither myself nor my neighbors would hesitate to recommend Augustine Roofing in the future!

THey did a beautiful job. Jon is very responsive to any inquires or requests and Nancy is personable and eficient. Great company. In last 5 years they have done 3 roofs for me. ALl great jobs. Tom Bradley
