Perfectly! I had contacted several roofing companies and Augustine's Roofing Co. provided the most responsiveness of any of the firms. Bill was very down to earth and his staff punctual - professional - and most importantly, they did a fantastic job. They were very thorough in cleaning up at the end of every day. The roof looks great and they made a dreaded process for me painless. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The project was done from start to finish in just 2 days, all debris and nails were completely removed from our yard before they left on day 2. Finished roof looks excellent. Their crew was very polite, hard working and professional.

When it came time to replace our roof, I got quotes from about 5 companies. I heard about Augustine Roofing from a neighborhood Facebook group, and I'm so glad decided to get a quote from them at the last minute. The price was fair, they were responsive to any questions or needs I had, and the work was great. I did find a couple nails that the clean up crew missed, but from talking to others, that seems pretty par for the course for a roof replacement. I would recommend them without hesitation- in fact, I already have recommended them to a neighbor in the same situation.

Very good. Material was delivered as scheduled. In stall crew came as scheduled and were very efficient. Finished the job in one day and it looks good. They cleaned up the yard and surrounding area very well. I think the price was good but didn't compare but heard other homeowners estimates of a new roof. This company appeared to be good and they really were and met my expectations. We got a good fair deal from a great company. Thanks

The entire process from the estimate/walk through, to the roof being installed was smooth and quick. The proposal packet was very informative and professional. The customer service team is excellent. If you call, they return your call immediately. The team arrived on time on a Saturday morning! They made sure the outside decks/grounds of the house and were protected from any debris removal from the roof. By early afternoon the new roof was on, and the rest of our Saturday was free! So refreshing to experience great service!

We recently discovered that our master bathroom skylight was leaking and that the 20+ year old roof was in need of replacement. We had been preparing for this possibility and researched several roofing companies. We heard and read very good things about Augustine and asked them to provide an estimate. The project manager visited our home, inspected the roof, answered several of our questions, and provided the estimate. The price was very reasonable and we agreed to move forward. We were very happy with the actual replacement. The roof looks great and was completed in one day. Additionally, the crew was very thorough in the clean up. I highly recommend Augustine.

Augustine Roofing was one of three companies we received estimates from. We were able to compare similar brand name materials with another company and Augustine came in with the best and most thorough roof replacement proposal. Augustine's estimator Jon walked the entire roof, answered all questions and discussed material options. We received our estimate the same day. We would point out that the competing company's estimator did not walk our roof and therefore inaccurately estimated the amount of plywood requiring replacement on their proposal which would have led to additional costs after the job had started. Augustine Roofing communicated in a timely fashion by e-mail and phone. We knew what was going to happen on-site and when. Santos and the roofing team couldn't have been more courteous and considerate. We chose Augustine based not only on their estimate but also due to a personal recommendation. Additionally, dealing with a salesperson who himself was an experienced roofer made for a very good first impression from this company.

My house took one day to complete the roof, and another afternoon to repair the vinyl trim along the chimney. The sagging gutters on the house were replaced the following week. Now the roof, trim, and gutters all look great! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Removal of existing roof, upgrade shingles, upgrade of underlayment, and upgrade of plywood.

Augustine replaced roof and gutters on-time and did a superb job.

We went to the Augustine shop to pick out shingles. They gave us some nice additional upgrades and we agreed on the price and timing. In the end we had to wait an extra week after shingle delivery due to rain, but after things cleared up the work went quickly. Overall, I have no complaints. The crew was friendly and efficient. Cleaned up everything quite well from what I can see. The roof looks great! I will come back and edit this if I see any leaks (they finished yesterday, 11-12-17) ... but I don't expect any.

The previous owner had replaced the roof approximately 7 years ago, after we moved in we noticed leaks around the chimney and in the walls separating the house and garage. Augustine arrived within days of contact, walked the entire roof and took pictures of problem areas. They provided a written quote within 24 hours and returned to complete the work within a week. During recent heavy storms there was no additional water in the walls or he basement!

I’m writing this review 18 months after the work was done to be sure there were no issues with the roof replacement on our house. I’m happy to say we have had no issues. Bill and Tony were great to work with. The roof replacement looks great and there have been no leaks or issues. They also handled a difficult situation with the former owners of our house with patience and professionalism. Tony did a great job communicating with us and answering our questions. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, customer service, and competitive pricing.

We chose Augustine's after we received 5 estimates. They were the best priced, showed up on time, and workmen were very professional. Everything they promised was completed on-time and at the price offered. They did a great job of clean-up after all work was complete. We were very pleased and would hire them again.

After having 4 different estimates, Augustine Roofing was the most responsive and competitively priced. Any questions I had were responded to almost immediately, and they completed the job on the date that they originally told me they would. We were very happy with the work.

Great, they came out within days of request for bid and estimator Rigo walked the roof with me to identify where our leaks were coming from. I really liked that they gave me an estimate for repair ($1,500) or to replace roof (including new decking on upper level), at $7,500. We decided to go with the new roof. We got two other bids from another highly rated Angie's list roofer and Home Depot -- one was $8,500, the other $9,000. They scheduled the work for three weeks later, and showed up that morning and did it all in one day. Great job, including thorough cleanup.

It went very well. The crew showed up in the morning, they were very polite, they worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. This is the second time I have used Augustine Roofing. They did a commercial roof for a client of mine two years ago.

They improved on my thoughts and made the whole back and forward for getting this work done with a straightforwardness attached that seem to make it easier than I anticipated. This was a very pleasant surprise. They have done this work many times before and have got it right. Doing business in this honest way, I guess, would be called professionalism, but it seemed more than that. Make life easy on yourself and contract with Augustine Roofing.

I was very pleased with the estimate process. Several other companies insisted on having both my husband and I at the estimate meeting which I found incredibly irritating/insulting/sexist/etc. Jon, from Augustine Roofing, arrived on time and was happy to provide an estimate to me. I did not feel pressured to respond immediately and he was aware that I was gathering several estimates. His numbers were in line or slightly better than the other estimates I received. When I decided to go with Augustine, I was not required to put a hefty deposit down. In fact, no deposit was required. Seems crazy to me but I'm not complaining! The materials and crew arrived on the designated day and after a very long day of work, the roof was complete. This was my first roof replacement so I was surprised by the amount of "mess" that is generated when removing an old roof. The noise didn't bother me too much because the dogs eventually stopped barking and calmed down but it could have been a nightmare if they had barked the whole time. In retrospect, I would have taken the dogs and left for the day. The crew did a remarkable job cleaning up the mess in the dark at the end of the day but I would highly recommend purchasing a magnetic sweeper at your local hardware store (under $10) and really give the perimeter of your house a thorough "sweep" the next day. I have dogs, kids, and a husband who mows the lawn and I did not want any of them to find a stray nail or staple in their feet/paws. The sweeper worked great and I felt like I got the yard safe again. I had one issue that turned out to be my mistake but Jon was very responsive and came to the house while I was sorting it out with the DirectTV technician the next day. I mistakenly asked the crew to remove the wrong satellite dishes and unsurprisingly the tv wasn't working. Oops! So, the roof looks great. It just so happens, we are having a dry spell and it hasn't rained since it was installed so it hasn't been really tested yet. I don't anticipate any problems but based on my experience so far, I feel confident that Augustine Roofing will be responsive if any do arise. This is why I marked "Quality" N/A for the moment. Once we get a hard rain, I feel like I will be able to evaluate the quality more accurately.
