A couple feet of the vent at the peak of my roof was missing after a windy storm, so there was a hole about 2 feet by a few inches at the top of my roof. The fix included a temporary tarp and then a replacement vent a few days later. For both parts of the job Augustine showed up early and finished the work quickly. Communication via phone was very good, and I received a few photos of the damage via email. Invoices were sent before the work was done so it was clear what the cost would be. I can't comment on price because I don't know how much other companies charge for the same work, and my insurance covered most of the cost. Overall, the service was very good and I would use Augustine Roofing the next time I need work done on my roof.

They showed up on time, did the work and didn't leave a trace that they had been there. I was also impressed that the estimator Rigo didn't try to hard sell me a new roof, which I already knew I did not need.

I got estimates from two roofers and Augustine was the better price. Their representative came to do an estimate and sat down and walked me through all the details, and answered any questions I had. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The scheduler was able to work with my availability and do the job on a day I already had off which was extremely helpful. They provided details in advance on any preparations I had to make like clearing areas around the house and leaving the driveway clear for their access. The day of work they arrived on time and got right to it, the whole job took about five hours, and the representative who did the estimate came to check on the progress and answer any other questions I had. They did an impeccable job cleaning up all the debris, down to even the sawdust. By the time they left you wouldn't know a crew just removed and replaced a roof, except for the new shiny roof of course :) Great experience, highly recommend.

We had a leak in our roof. They were prompt assessing the issue, which turned out to be a defective ridge vent. They repaired it quickly, and the price was great. Would definitely use their services again.

I recently found a small leak in my roof after a few thunderstorms hit our area. Prior to calling Augustine, I had two other contractors evaluate the roof and they both refused to service my roof unless I replaced it completely. I then called Augustine (on my neighbors suggestion) and the estimator came out within a week of my call and assessed the roof. He basically told me that I just need to have the existing paint scrapped off, and the roof resealed and repainted. They scheduled the work two weeks later and the work was completed within a day. They even matched the paint color to my HOA approved color. I would recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood.

Augustine Roofing did a FANTASTIC job! Their bid was several thousands less than a competitor and their materials were far superior. Bill (the owner) was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Jon (the estimator) was a no-nonsense guy...he simply laid out my options without a pushy sales pitch. The day of the job, the crew was prompt, efficient, and did a wonderful job with the install and the subsequent clean-up. I highly recommend this company.

From the time John came out to do the estimate, and Tony setting up the repair date and time, and the actual work getting done, Augustine Roofing was wonderful. They re-shingled the house and installed new gutters in one day, and completely cleaned up the debris. The whole experience was professional, and the cost was reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them.

The workmen were quick, polite, efficient and very neat. An extra "shout out" to Rigo Leon: As he pulled up to give the estimate, he saw I was working to carry out a piece of furniture to my car. He jumped out of his truck and gave me a hand. Thank you, Rigo. It's a joy to review these kind of folks.

The roofers arrived on time and completed the job in two days as they stated. They also completely cleaned up after the job was done. They were very conscious of people/kids coming in and out of the house. I would recommend them.

My experience with Augustine Roofing was exceptional. From my initial meeting with the estimator to the final installation of the gutter guards, everything about Augustine Roofing was phenomenal. I needed to replace my roof and gutter system, so I received estimates from three different companies. Augustine's estimator, Jon, was by far the most knowledgeable and his price was very competitive. I was also impressed by the fact that Augustine did not require any type of down-payment and offered a military discount. Once the agreement was signed, the job was scheduled and Augustine took care of the rest. All of the work was completed on time and and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. Throughout this process, I had the opportunity to interact with several of the employees at Augustine Roofing and I was always impressed by their commitment to customer service. Their professionalism speaks volumes, as does the quality of their work. Rigo Leon arrived at the time promised, assessed the problem, and provided photos of the damaged roof area. Scope of Work: 1. Removed shingles from around three vent flashings and one skylight. 2. Replaced two pipe flashings and one 750 vent. 3. Installed Winter Guard around vents and skylight. 4. Installed new shingles to match existing as best possible, using GAF shingles 5. Cleaned and hauled all job debris. One year warranty on repair. The work was done as scheduled. Rigo Leon and his crew were polite and professional.

Everything went smoothly. Bill, Jon and Tony were responsive, professional and no pressure sales. Pricing is competitive, they use the best products, and high quality workmanship. No money down, you pay when work is finished. The 1st job looks great. We are very pleased. 2nd job to be done May 2018.

Excellent, put temp tarp on roof, services performed as expected

Very good - they set a time to come by to evaluate, came by right on time. They took pictures to show me exactly what the issue was and how they would address it. To my relief it was not the complete wallet-ectomy of replacing a roof, it was a relatively minor repair to one part. The scheduled repair date was set for soon after. Again they were here on time, did the work quickly, and were done.

Highly recommend Augustine Roofing. The price was competitive and a little better than my other estimate. The estimator (Jon) was on time and very helpful answering all of my questions. The crew was meticulous and the roof looks beautiful. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to make sure all debris and nails from the old roof were picked up completely. Also like the fact that they do not require a deposit before the work is completed.

This was the second time we used Augustine Roofing. We used them in Oct 2012 to replace our whole roof in our old home. We had such a good experience we used them to patch a hole in our roof in our new home. They were competitively priced. Most importantly they communicated if they would be late or needed to move the time of job. This was important to me as many contractors are no shows or unreliable. Augustine Roofing the opposite which is why we would use them again.

Amazing! I had called three roofing companies for estimates based on Better Business Bureau recommendations and ratings and only Augustine answered personally; the other two companies had voicemail. I work long hours and they provided me a drive-by estimate and everything was easy to set up by email. They provided recommendations on color match (we are in an HOA where any changes must be approved) and everything was explained and costed-out in advance for the estimate. The initial install date turned out to be on a windy day. The crew arrived exactly on schedule and we mutually decided that for safety sake, and that supplies may blow around, the work should be delayed. They rescheduled the work at the earliest possible time (the next day) and again, arrived on time, actually a little early, which was appreciated because I could leave for work on time. In less than a half-day, the work was completed. The care they took to protect the surrounding ground areas was thorough and the clean-up was immaculate. They came back the next day to install the gutters I had requested (higher capacity) and again, everything was left immaculate. I am very pleased with all of the work and the crew was outstanding. I feel very strongly about supporting local businesses, and I would recommend Augustine Roofing to anyone within their service area.

Augustine Roofing was great. Their sales rep is an experienced roofer, so not only did he really understand their products, but he was able to answer why they do things a certain way. He did not try to oversell and guided us on colors. Highly recommend.
