Moving crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work.
They carfully did a pre-move in & preperation of all my floors at
both locations.Timing of move was within one hour of estimate.
I read previously someone may have had a unfortunate move.
This could happen to anybody. I was referred to this company by my employer
whose company uses them exclusively.
I will use them again!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!! EMAIL ME FOR MY DETAILED STORY at [email protected].
They DAMAGED MY EXPENSIVE FURNITURE and then TRIED TO GET ME TO WAIVE MY RIGHT TO HAVE THEM REPAIR IT!!!! (this is hard to believe, but the lead person on the moving team actually put a "waiver" in front of me to sign in response to my complaint of the damage. Are you kidding??? I'm not stupid, buddy!!!). Jim Sammartino is a poor excuse of a sales person! He promised that he'd be there if I had "any questions." Several phone calls and emails later (after four hours), he emails me back (of course) well after the moving team had left. Afterwards, he completely dismissed my claim of damage, saying that I "should have purchased insurance"..What???? Insurance to cover YOUR MOVERS' SHODDY WORK??? Later, his boss, Carlos Llanos, promised to send someone out to look at the damage his movers did. That person rescheduled once and then never showed.
