Worst customer services in store and on the phone ever. I place my 2 set of bedroom set order on april 10, was told by the sale person that my orders has only 2 items that was back order and everything should be ready by 5 to 6 weeks. now we are sitting at 12 weeks plus. and nothing is ready. I've called multiple times to customer service and to the store spoke with the sale manager. All I get is a push around. Now my 12 weeks is up and I want to canceled my entire order, and the store push me over to customer service and customer service push me back over to the store. I asked to 3 ways call them so we all on the same pages but the store rep hang up on me. worst experience I ever have furniture with Ashley! I wouldn't be spending another penny here ever again.

Terrible, the salesman numerous times went over which couches were leather and which were faux - confirmed the couch I was buying was real leather, I even took close up pictures of the model's leather cover. But what got delivered was clearly different, the faux type of cover - Ashley Furniture in Sterling (Salesman initials "EHC") is declaring a no refund/return policy... but lying to me is not part of that policy, selling me one thing and delivering another is not covered. Thankfully I have photos of the showroom model leather vs what arrived, planned to file against them for the nearly $1200 purchase if they refuse to take it back. I would definitely recommend skipping the Sterling showroom, completely dishonest sales.

Terrible experience. We ordered a sofa back in early July of 2020 and they mentioned it will be delivered within 2 weeks. Then it moved to September, then to early October, then to late October, now the estimated date is mid-November! Come on....you are selling a product stating it would be delivered within 2 weeks, and after the sales, it is now estimated at the 4th month! This is ridiculous. Every time I call they say we have unexpected backlog. What kind of a company doesn't know its capacity just 2 weeks ahead? They are terrible in commitment.....don't use this store in Sterling, VA.

They are awful. These people are just criminals when it comes to responding to things. You have to physically show up and they pretend like nobody is there. They did bring it on time. They could have delivered quality stuff versus the made in China stuff that they promised that they would not show up with. They said it was all made in United States. The first thing we noticed was that it was all made in China.

Like other people, I also vowed to never shop here again after 1 horrible experience.  I ended up deciding to buy the console table that went with the set we bought about 5-6 months ago, to put into our foyer so that everything would match.  I had a different sales person this time who was a little on the "shady" side (Chris - female).  When I asked how much shipping was for this 1 small table, she just said $90, nothing else.  We got a call from the delivery people and they said they would only deliver on Wednesday or Thursday because we had discounted shipping.  I just called the store and explained what happened and spoke with Isela and she said sorry, but it's on your sheet and someone highlighted it when you checked out.  I asked why no one actually said this to me and just kind of did it on the back end and she said sorry but there is nothing we can do unless you want to pay an additional $50 - to deliver a foyer table.  I said, there is something you can do, you just aren't willing to and this was my third occasion buying something at the store - I'm a repeat customer!  I can't believe that they aren't willing to do this for me and deliver the stupid table on a Saturday, now we have to take off of work, when this was not explained to me UP FRONT!  (I'm sorry, I am one of the stupid people that don't read the fine print and don't think the worst of my sales person)  The last 2 transactions I had, did not have this problem.  The first time I had a coupon for free shipping and they delivered on Saturday and the second time I paid $90 and they delivered on Saturday!  I'm not willing to spend anymore time and effort on this, because during my last transaction I called the manager multiple times and he just ignored me, never called me back and had someone else who was SO RUDE call me and make me feel terrible.  I will NEVER shop here again, they treat their customers horribly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!
