I was impressed with their previous work. It seemed like a nice personal connection. I have had multiple conversations with Jimmy Murray, the estimator. So far I highly recommend them. They were a group of local guys, very polite and well-mannered. They have an aura of fine craftsmanship about their whole enterprise.

It has not been a completely positive experience. The gentleman who came out to do the audit did a thorough job, but it took quite a while to get the report back. Eventually the report came back and we decided we wanted to do the insulation work that they recommended. We has insulation put in the attic and other areas to fill in our split level home. They did a pretty good job with everything as far as I can tell, but they were a little messy. The impression I got was that they used my house as a worksite. They had to be in our basement where we have our home office and they got dirt on the computer equipment. If they had given me a heads up I could have covered it all up. They also did some work outside and crushed a couple of my bushes. They had one oversight, too, that they are now trying to correct. The project manager seemed to be a little flaky and preoccupied with other matters. He forgot to have someone come out and do part of the work that they had quoted for us so they are currently working on that. I understand that we are all human, but at the end of the day I am still a customer. I feel like their prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the work is pretty satisfactory. I would probably avoid using them again in the future.
