Lowest of 4 bids, product was installed as scheduled. Mechanics were competent but one large pane was cracked after installation. Management was totally understanding, they ordered another pane, had it installed without question. The owner took a personal interest in solving our problem of our $1250.00 replacement of 2 large window and 3 sliding glass door panels and one window screen. Warranty of 10 years (product) and 1 year (labor( appears standard.

They actually called back when an earlier appointment slot opened, so we were able to get our glass repaired sooner than we'd expected. Once the repair was completed, it looked like the damage had never occurred. Also, the price was spot-on. We're very happy, and will be using American Screen & Glass for all similar needs.
