DO NOT USE AMERICAN SCREEN & GLASS! They damaged a car that was in our driveway at the time of the service and after weeks of phone calls, emails, and texts they have refused to take any responsibility and do the right thing. The car had not moved for 2 days prior to the incident and we are 100% certain that they caused the damage. I sent them photos and gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they eventually ghosted me. This is not a reputable or honest company. Keep looking.

They did a great job. We replace 3 picture windows. The person that came to do the estimate went through the options based on the house and to match the other windows. After installation the installer noticed a defect in the glass, very small. I did not see it. They order another one and replaced it. They were very profesional, cleaned up everything. Highly recommend them!

They did excellent work from start to finish. Estimator was friendly and knew the answers to all of my questions. Installers did quality work and were done in no time. They cleaned up in lung cleaning all the new glass before they left. Price was good. Saved a ton by repacking just the glass and not the entire sliding glass doors. This place is great.

Technician was knowlegable and took the time to make exact measurements. Very impressed. Bid turnaround in less than 24 hours. Waiting to see if the finished project comes out as well as expected.

Both for the estimate and the repairs, the team arrived within the scheduled time window, completed work in a timely manner, and were professional and courteous. I don't have a basis for comparison on how pricing compares to other providers, as I only got the one estimate. I had glass replaced in one double-pane window, and hardware replaced in 3 others.

Contract included installation. Picked it up myself and no mention of discount. Expected new glass sash insert to be sealed - not. Tech said that his shop could tack a piece of wood thatb had come loose from the sash bottom. Picked up missing the piece of wood that was supposed to be tacked. So improvised replacement + wood glue + wood filler on me - hope it works. Price was fair compared to 3 other quotes but follow through left a bit to be desired.
