Great customer service, fast and clean install, work done to our satisfaction. It took longer than expected to get the glass ordered, but never having had this type of work done, we have nothing to compare it to.

They replaced the glass in an Andersen sun room door. Very professional, polite and timely. Highly recommended.

They replaced a few cracked glass and torn screens for me. The work was good and they finished it within three days as they promised. I thought they were a bit pricy and they tried to raise the agreed price after they finished the work however I refused to pay any more.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, the final project turned out great!"

I had a broken window. A technician came to measure and give me an estimate on April 14. The recommendation was to was a $500+ sash replacement kit. I gave him a $200 deposit which was promptly cashed. I was told the window would be ordered and installed in about 2 weeks. I called 2.5 weeks later to find out the window was never ordered because they had a question yet, I was never contacted. I had to called them several times for status. The final install was cancelled less then 24hrs notice . The window was installed on June 5. Almost 2 mo. full price, no follow up, terrible exp!

Overall it was a good experience, very punctual and professional. I recommend this company for your glass and mirror needs..

Free estimate and more reasonable price than Glass Doctor who charged me $75 for estimate! Chris even offered to replace my chandler light burbs of the high ceiling foyer where I had to replace the broken window of the same area. He could have ignored it but his willingness to take extra step made up my mind to give him the business. The competitor said 1/2 of the estimate fee will be credited back to the job cost if I order from them but still it was higher than American. It ended up costing me the same due to the estimate cost but overall I am very satisfied with American. Thumbs up!
