They were supposed to put everything where it goes and did not. The final cost was four times more than we were quoted. The movers themselves were great. They let us know that after eight hours, they needed to charge over time. We called friends to help us finish unloading the truck so that we did not have to pay more. I scheduled our move six weeks in advance. They called me for about two weeks to get us to change our move date, and I finally agreed. But they have not returned my call about the cost of the moving pads that were supposed to be included in the cost.
