Two years ago our heat pump was not cooling. He replaced the outside unit, compressor and the inside coil. He came for repairs three to four times following the installation. He stated we needed a new unit, a second unit and replacement of recalled parts. We ultimately had the replace both the inside and outside units due to his negligence. He did not do the original install correctly and so the refrigerant has been leaking in the compressor, inside and outside unit.
