During the installation he and a co-worker were clean and made sure to cover and protect all the wood floor surfaces. As we were were not home during this phase of renovation, Marlon took daily pictures and sent text msgs on the progress. It was great to follow along and see the changes made day-by-day. Painting was very professional! The trim details in white have the most crisp straight lines one could hope for and as a self-proclaimed perfectionist I am very happy with the detail work done by hand.
