A/C Doc serviced our old heating/cooling for 10 years and replaced the system when it was time. He recommended the best system for our home and installed it at a competitive price. He has subsequently serviced this system twice a year and it is functioning great. All A/C Doc personnel are well trained, and very personable. They arrive on time and perform the services requested.

I have used AC DOC for the past 15 years. In all 15 years, I have consistently had excellent service. I feel confident that any work that is done is always done right. This is mainly thanks to Scott who is an excellent communicator and has expert level experience. He always knows what the problem is and how to fix it. He does a great job explaining everything in a way that anyone can understand. He does not sugar coat anything, he just tells you how it is. I have had a yearly service contract with AC DOC for the past 10 years and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. I used to have a service contract with a large AC company and my AC and Heating used to break down every year. The technicians they sent out were hit or miss. Some were good and others had no clue what they were doing. Since I switched to AC DOC, I have always had the same 3 technicians and they all know what they are doing. AC DOC's pricing is fair and competitive, but I feel the amount saved in the long run of having your system serviced correctly has saved me thousands over the years. I highly recommend AC DOC.

As usual, all went well. I have used Scott for 9-10 years now, he did a new install in our previous home. I trust him in our new home. Did a great job then and continues today.

My furnace needed a special UV lamp replaced which cost $350.00. (The old one was over 3 years old.) But we were willing to pay for it because we are in the house so much in the wintertime. Otherwise, the visit only cost $90.00; very reasonable considering all that he did. He called the day before to set up the time. He was finished early with his previous customer, so he called & asked if he could come over earlier which he did. I had a few questions, & he answered them all. I recommend AC/DOC very highly because of their great service.

It went great, it always has. A/C Doc is honest, prices are fair. We have absolutely ONLY good things to say about A/C Doc....we have never, ever a bad experience with them & HIGHLY recommend them!!!

There were two people, and they came the first afternoon working for about four to five hours, and then finishing up the next morning with about an hour of work. If I had any questions and they missed my call they would return my phone call right away, and they were very attentive to my needs.

I had worked with Scott last year when he did a checkup on my AC last year. It was ok at the time. This year I called Scott when I had a problem with my AC not working properly, he came out and told me I had a restriction somewhere and that my system was old and needed costly repairs that may or may not hold up since something else might break. I decided to get a new system and I did a lot of shopping around and research before deciding who to work with. Finally I settled on AC-DOC, they are not the cheapest not the most expensive. I think all in all I was happy dealing with Scott and happy with his work and his attention to details. I will keep working with Scott to maintain my system and would recommend him to others.

Very professional company. The price seemed fair but was not the lowest I was able to find.
