WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH - LOST MY STUFF

It's a large unit. We found them cheaper than the others we found.

The delivery was on time, the equipment was present and functional, we loaded it with hel from an outside company, they picked it ip as stayed, locked it in our presence, drove it from MD to SC, delivered it when they said they would. It was still locked and opened in our presence. All items were present and in good condition. When the trailer was empty we called for pickup and got immediate response in the pick up. The equipment was clean and in great condition. We will use th again if we need to move from the current location to another one.

Amazingly unprofessional company. I went online last week to get a quote, and followed up with a call to schedule delivery for a move. With over a week notice, the agent on the line was unable to schedule a delivery on the day I needed without explanation. She offered to shedule the drop late the following week, two weeks out from when I called, cutting out a week for me to load before the move. When I said that wouldn't work, she said she had to call the terminal to get permission and said she'd call me back. When she called back a little while later she said the terminal was closed and would call me the following day. I never received a call back. I followed up yesterday and left a voicemail with the company asking them to call back, and still got no response. This afternoon I called again, got a person on the phone, and when I started by saying that I had called last week and spoken to a young lady about a quote he interrupted me and said that there were "no young ladies" that worked there. I am trying to move, and all I need is a container dropped off so that I can start loading it. This company can't seem to even manage to do that. I highly recommend using another company.

The person that books the move is not able to provide reliable scheduling information.

This company saved us about $5000.00. We knew we needed storage on the end for about 3 months. I called a mover and got an estimate (actually 2 estimates) and the Pack Rat thing was hugely cheaper on storage! In the end, we hired the actual BIG MOVERS to pack and move our things into the unit. Then, Pack Rat picked it up.

They are fantastic! I've never had a better move in all my life. They are affordable as well.
