New Tradition Homes is a full service Class "A" licensed contractor specializing in major and minor remodeling, new construction, additions, basement finishing, decks and other outdoor living spaces. We are a family owned and operated business working in the Northern Virginia area and outlying counties in Virginia The service we provide is a turn key operation from site plan and design to final approvals and occupancy permits. Bring us your ideas or let us provide them for you. We do not charge a fee for estimates and ideas. We have over 30 years of construction experience to bring to any project. No Project is too large or too small for us. New Tradition Homes will be your partner...not just your contractor during your home improvement project. References provided

All the projects went very well, stayed on budget and were completed on time.  We completely trust Richard, leaving him with access to our house without any concerns during our multiple projects.  He's always immediately addressed any concerns we've had, is extremely responsive and always supervises the work.  I highly recommend him.

It was a phenomenally positive experience.  From beginning to end, Richard Tyler (the ownner) was on site almost every day both working and overseeing all work.  He and his team were always punctual, courteous and cleaned up the work site before leaving each day.  Richard and his right-hand man, Julio, are amazingly talented, hardworking craftsmen.  Richard will work with you to ensure everything is just right and will promptly answer any questions/concerns and respond rapidly to make sure you are happy with all the work performed.  Richard has a terrific eye for design and will help you create your dream.  You will be a lucky homeowner if Richard Tyler works on your home.  We could not be more pleased with the process and final outcome.
