Contractor very quickly gave the estimate. He was very responsive to answer questions and flexible to modify the design. Work started as planned. The deck was build in less than a week and one gate was added the following week. Contractor kept us well informed on the progress of the work, the building permit status and the delay to place the gate. Quality of the deck is excellent and all good material was used (Azek board and glue).
