Went extremely well. The team were very thorough in locating the leak and then getting into the wall behind the shower to make the repair. Very contenientious on nat making a huge mess in the living room below while trying to locate the leak. Thanks guys!!!

Person showed unannounced and performed work. The work was haphazard and he had to be called back. The price was high, but fixed and he provided a written estimate prior to work. The second time he showed up unannounced while contractor was there. He did not provide a written estimate before completing work, only a verbal of $400-$500. He charged $715 for the work. He was supposed to arrange a date/time for the final work but showed up unannounced to a locked home twice (apparently). He set an appointment and completed the work.

He charged a very high price for the work completed but the work did not uphold the price charged. He charged 5 hours ($90/hr) when he was only there 3 hours. He charged 2 hours of work for showing up to the house without setting appointments. He did not provide estimates for the work before showing up unannounced to complete the work. This plumber does not uphold his estimate and tries to get money for work not performed.
