Overall, our experience was positive. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the products met our expectations. Communication, however, could have been more consistent. Responses to our inquiries were sometimes delayed, and we occasionally received messages late at night. Additionally, working with multiple contacts made the process feel a bit disorganized at times. That said, when communication did happen, they were helpful and responsive. With a bit more coordination, this would have been a near perfect experience.

We had an exceptional experience with Johnathan, Jeffry, and their team. Their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise stood out from the start to the finish of our basement project. The process was smooth, transparent, and free of surprises, with clear cost and material outlines. We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to choose different materials and only charging the price difference. When we added more work mid-project, they were accommodating and maintained high-quality workmanship. They provided a wide selection of cabinets, flooring, tiles, mirrors, and bathroom faucets. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are thrilled with the results and plan to work with them again. Everyone who has seen our basement loves it! Overall, we highly recommend their services.

Major projects like this can be very daunting at best. Marcos worked with us initially to get a plan together and got us a great estimate. Jefry was very helpful and ensured we were happy with the results. I must say all they were all very friendly and communicated with respect and understanding.

Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job, I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He was very responsive. He designed the whole layout of the basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!

What started off as a bedroom and bathroom renovation became a list of items we needed done including; replacing fixtures, repairing, and painting! When we sat down with JEFF and asked him; he said "yes, we can do that" with everything on my list! I called (3) other contractors for an estimate, but done seemed interested and so we didn't bother pursuing them for an estimate. The project took a little longer than we thought but the overall quality and workmanship was outstanding. All the crews were courteous, professional and took great care when working! A BIG thank you to: CHRISTIAN on his wood working skills on the floor and both stairs! LUIS & ALBERT on their patch work and painting - the inside of our 30+yr old house looks brand new!

I'm shocked by the positive reviews. I hired them to do plumbing electrical and drywall for my basement. They were terrible at communication and rarely let me know when they were coming. They cracked my shower base and didn't say anything about it. Luckily, I caught it but I wonder how much I have overlooked. They did replace the base but I don't know what they did with the old one. Probably returned it. There were times they didn't show up or contact me for over a week. They "finished" the project 2 weeks late. I was expecting to be able to go straight to paint but now I'm left cleaning up a real mess. The drywall work is the worst I have seen and it was very difficult to get them to correct the problems. They left my basement a mess with dust all over and chunks of drywall mud on the stairs, stair rail, bathroom shower. They broke my gate twice, once after I asked them to be careful with it, my elderly dog got out and they left my basement door cracked open a few times. The main reason I hired them was for a good drywall job and they did not deliver. They were contradictory about building codes depending on who you talked to and they would tell me they would do something and then wouldn't. It was an extremely aggravating process and it was a job that should've taken them 4 weeks max. I feel like I got robbed, but I signed the contract. Never again. They even accused me of not paying and said that they would find a way to get me to pay, whatever that means. I never said that, i just wanted the drywall fixed. I do give the electrician kudos, as they were professional and did a great job. The only reason for 2 stars.

I hired Best Homes for a complete basement renovation. When they started, it was concrete, hvac and wall insulation. Now, it is a beautiful and fully livable guest suite with large bedroom, large bath, large rec and family area and large storage area. The workers were all very nice, professional, and courteous. The project was finished ahead of schedule and I now have the basement I dreamed of. Thank you Best Homes!

My experience with Best Home was excellent. Jef and his company worked very hard on my project and did very good work. They were accommodating with changes along the way when I decided to make some modifications. They stayed largely on schedule and any delays were due to material availability or my own availability. When they said they would show up they did. They also worked weekends and holidays even though I said it was not necessary. Lastly, Jef was very polite to my family (2 small kids who would occasionally run into the work space even though they should not have) and my dog would wander into where they were working. As an example of their commitment, the Loudoun county permitting office was shutting down for some kind of system upgrade for 2 weeks. Jef's brother waited at the office for 2-3 hours to get a permit complete which otherwise would have caused a 2 week project delay. The price was fair for the work they did. I can't say enough about them. Great company.

They were able to accommodate any changes that we needed to make and were able to bring a very custom vision to life that we were initially unsure was even possible. The final product was exactly what we wanted for functionality and space. They can take on any house project without much hesitation. Great team to work with.
